BEST TABLET IN ALL ASPECTS FOR NOW 6 January, 2014 On Junglee.com
This product is just fantastic if you are an android user and the display is simply superb. Its my first tablet and I am still awestruck. I use an android Samsung phone but there isn't much of a difference in the software and I don't know why some reviewers say that Kitkat is a cleaner experience its just the same just the skin has changed. But yes the Samsung UI is not at all user friendly and you really don't need all those Samsung aps unless you are a developer or Samsung fan so a Google product with Android is much better option. Don't want to write pros and cons in a bullet format I think that info is already available but would like to emphasise that this tablet cannot be a replacement for your laptop for I am writing this review with my laptop nor can it be a replacement for your smart phone I know they are Samsung tablet phones available but it just doesn't make any sense to use this as a phone with Bluetooth headset nor will it make any sense to go for a Bluetooth keyboard. This device is best for three things - Browsing (FB, Mails, News etc), Gaming (some really good games like subway surfer available in android) and You Tube videos which looks simply amazing cant use this for anything office related (spread sheet can be viewed but the small display makes it cumbersome) so it basically covers 90% of all my activities on phone and home laptop but still I would always prefer laptop for typing and smartphone for calls. I am not impressed with the sound its just decent enough but nothing great to write about so headphones will still be required I have one from Bose over the ear and that's good enough for any device. The display is small as its a tablet so if you want a bigger size don't go for this tablet but its really really sharp I mean the sharpness is simply mindblowing!! It is light but my thumbs still ache while holding and typing so a case like Poetic is definitely recommended I had also ordered for the antiglare scratch free resistant screen protector but its not required and don't think I will use it unless there is some real danger of some scratches coming on it which I don't think will happen the glass is solid and of good quality but it is a finger print magnet so you need to use a good cloth to wipe it on a daily basis I use the one given by my mom to clean her specs and that cloth is good enough to wipe those finger prints. For those who want to go for smartphone don't go beyond 5 inches my Samsung phone is over two years old so most likely will go for Nexus 5 soon and for those who would prefer a bigger display please go with Nexus 10 or Ipad Air but frankly speaking you don't really need a tablet that goes beyond 8 inches so a nexus 7 or an ipad Mini with retina display will be the best option I haven't checked the mini so cannot write about it but if you want something that's sundar, sasta in comparison to Apple and tikau and if you are ok with headphones for loud music and if you live on youtube like the way I do this tablet is for you or else its much better to stick with your laptop and smartphone. The 16gb storage is good enough it takes about 4 gb so you will be left with 12 gb and I think that should take care of all your needs unless you want heavy games and would like to watch movies in that case 32gb might be a preferred version even then it makes more sense to go with 16gb version and use google drive, laptop for the extra storage that you might require as the 32 gb is a little expensive and you might as well order a case for that extra money which is definitely required for this product. The battery is decent not as bad as my Samsung phone but not that great either so you will be required to charge this on a daily basis just like smart phone unless you are a light user. I used it for some heavy games and it got low quickly but was good enough for browsing and youtube videos. I don't use camera much but did check it out and I think its good enough for some casual pics. All in all a great product from Google and they surely deserve a pat on the back or should I say a prize for coming out with such an amazing product at a decent price.

Delightfully compact, yet Powerful ! 20 December, 2013 On Junglee.com
The Nexus 7 2013 model has come a long way from it's predecessor in so many ways. I bought this product 3 months back and I am still in love with it.

I use this tablet as a portable media device because of it's excellent 1080 pixel screen and dual speakers. I was impressed with the image clarity on this device. It seemed better than any of the tablets in the 7" category.

The construction as well is excellent, sleek and the batter backup is fantastic. Thanks to the 2GB RAM, multi tasking is no longer an issue !

I personally prefer this over the 3G/ LTE version as I hate holding a huge Phablet to my ear and speaking. For regular communication I prefer a normal phone.

  4.  Worth it. 14 June, 2015 On Junglee.com
One of the best android tablets of 2013 and still a good tablet, the Nexus 7 provides good value for money, The screen and battery life is superior to many other tablets, but the speakers and cameras are sub par. It just isn't loud enough and the pictures are grainy .Another positive about the tablet is that it gets and will continue to get regular software updates straight from Google. You can also customize the tablet by installing custom kernels and OS'es.It can handle almost any game or app that you want but the 16GB of storage limits the number of apps you can install. The tablet is a little fragile so a small drop will likely crack the screen then you will need to replace the LCD assembly so it is recommended that you use it with a case.

  5.  Fantastic - Worth buying 22 October, 2013 On Junglee.com
With the 1.2Ghz processor the speed on browsing & accessing apps is wonderful in this tablet. As usual, Android has n no. of apps to support this tablet in all aspect
A main disadvantges no memory slot but still, with the capability this tablet has this is no where.

    On the whole, worth buying.

  6.  Google nexus 7 16gb 16 November, 2013 On Junglee.com
Its wonderful piece when compared to apple ipad mini in performance as well price. When it comes to the google android apps, i fell google Nexus 7 is more compatible than any other counterparts. Its robust and handy companion one can depend on. I am eagerly waiting for Google Nexus 7 2nd gen to release in India.

  7.  Nexus 7 is just awesome 12 May, 2014 On Junglee.com
Nexus 7 2nd generation is an awesome tablet in all respects. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to buy a premium tablet at an affordable price. Google's native UI is just fabulous to handle & feel. The HD screen allows you to watch videos with high clarity and the secondary camera is good too.

  8.  best tablet ever. 27 November, 2013 On Junglee.com
Best tablet ever. Has the potential to beat the iPad too. The value for price and features are absolutely a class apart. Camera is verycool. Media processor is excellent. Screen is just brilliant, the best I have Seen in this price range. Preferrably buy from abroad, it would be cheaper.

  9.  Great upgrade for an already successful product 22 September, 2013 On Junglee.com
The gorgeous screen itself can be the only reason to upgrade or buy.

My old Nexus 7(2012) was showing sign of age, minor hickups, delay etc.

This version is true beast in its category.

    Worth buying/upgrading (as I did).
