Great for Sweet/Savory

Vermicelli is a staple in most South Indian households, or at least in my house ;-) This Bambino vermicelli is great tasting. You can make delicious upma or a saccharine sweet payasam with this seviyan. I’ve also used the vermicelli to make a variant of vegetable briyani and it turned out to be wonderful.
