1 of 1 people found this review helpfulBy 24 May, 2012Pathetic support (post sales) service (bangalore)Frankly, Products are not bad, but post sales service is pathetic or doesn’t exists at all. They will promise you everything during sale. But when you call for service (free service as they promised earlier) they will treat you like you have committed any crime. Stay away from this product.

By 1 February, 2013Sub standard product and poorer after sales supportBICRON batteries doesn't last long and had given up within four months time. All of their telephone lines are dead except one single mobile number and it would be a miracle if they honour warranty. This is from my experience. I bought their product two ultratubular batteries of 130 Ah capacity along with APC 1000BI ups. Now after 9 months it gives barely 30 minutes backup at half load. Now APC has pointed at the battery fault and BICRON replied that this is not covered under warranty. Even a normal 7AH battery provides a 30 minutes backup. Avoid purchasing any of the BICRON products and if so it's sure you won't get any warranty after sales.Was this review helpful to you?
