Product Description

If you're in the mood to freak out every sensible bone in your body, then The Butterfly Effect is the movie for you. Struggling to get over harmful memories from his childhood, a young man (played by Ashton Kutcher) discovers that he can alter his damaged conscience by using a technique that enables him to travel back to his past to right any wrongs in his life. With a tagline that reads, "Change one thing, change everything" it's hard to know what to expect from the dark intelligence of Writers and Directors Eric Bress and J. Mackye Gruber.

The wonderfully twisted drive behind this movie comes crawling into the minds of the audience without leaving one thought unturned. Final Destination 2 screenwriters Eric Bress and J. Mackye Gruber make their directorial debut with the sci-fi thriller "The Butterfly Effect". Evan Treborn wants to free himself from his disturbing childhood memories. As a kid, he often blacked out for long periods of time and tried to detail his life in a journal.

As a young adult, he revisits the journal entries to figure out the truth about his troubled childhood friends Kayleigh (Amy Smart), Lenny (EldenHenson), and Tommy (William Lee Scott). When he discovers he can travel back in time in order to set things right, he tries to save his beloved friends. However, he finds out that relatively minor changes can make major problems for the future. The Butterfly Effect also stars Eric Stoltz, Ethan Suplee, and Melora Walters.

The title was inspired by the story A Sound of Thunder by Ray Bradbury. ~ Andrea LeVasseur, Rovi. A story which begins in the future, in which the time machine has been invented but is still very temperamental. A hunter named Eckels pays to go traveling back into the past on a guided safari to kill a Tyrannosaurus rex.

Even bigger than this, we have to assume that by stabbing both of his hands like a maniac, he does not change the future. Clearly he created an event that would change his life forever. Her mother, friends and neighbors would have treated him differently and thus completely change the way his life played out. He would simply not be in prison in front of the same inmate.

J. Mackye Gruber, Writer, Producer, Director was credited as a writer of Cellular (2004) in very early promotional material, but is not credited for the final cut of the film and Eric Bress is a writer and producer, known for Final Destination 2 (2003), The Butterfly Effect (2004) and The Final Destination (2009).

  1.  Imagination left me surprised.!!! 6 March, 2014 On
The lead actor has the ability to jump in past and change it. He maintains a diary where he had written his past life. In order to help hi girlfriend he jumps into past and change it regularly , but its impact on future was even more serious. Changing the past complicates future and deteriorate his health. The climaxx is awesome has he jumped for last time in past and separate his girlfriend form him. By god's fortune ,the future modifies accordingly. He burns his diary and never jumps again.
For those who like to think a lot or imagine a lot. Please watch this movie.
