    Had purchased a netgear router from the seller. No complaints. The product was the cheapest with buytheprice.

    I was planning to get this item in 3-4 days with a buffer of 3 days for me, so that's total 8 days for me to start my vacation. Unfortunately, because of the delivery delay(after 12 days), I was able to use the item only after I came back from my 1 month long vacation

    I don't have words to describe how poor the service is of BTP. I purchased Sony Bravia LED Television 40In. KDL-40EX520 and the product arrived late, with no warranty card and without the promised accessories. I have contacted SONY India and they have confirmed that BTP is not a genuine reseller of SONY and are selling spurious products, probably smuggled ones. On raising a ticket the company first said that invoice should act as warranty and then on confirming from SONY India that invoice will not serve as warranty they started saying that the warranty card was "PASTED ON THE BOX". Something is seriously wrong with these fraud sellers. Please avoid using BTP for purchases especially because these are reasonably expensive items shipped without warranty. A chain of emails is attached below for reference.

Refunds and Returns Policies

We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque. Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer. 

The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque. 

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.

Cancellation by Buytheprice.com:

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the said amount will be reversed back to you asap.

Cancellations by the Customer:

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24hours of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will gladly cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Buytheprice.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Buytheprice.com and accept Buytheprice.com's decision regarding the cancellation.

Delivery time for an order
The delivery time is also mentioned in the order confirmation mail that we send you. It usually takes about 7 business days to reach you. In case of delays, we would certainly inform you about it and discuss the steps ahead.

Shipment Mode
We ship through courier services or do a direct man delivery at your home address. This information also comes along with the confirmation mail.

Delivery Location
All possible delivery locations are listed in the page where you fill in the shipping address. Incase it is not shown there, it means that we do not have a regular courier service catering to that area.
