Shipping Rates and Policies

Product Shipping is Free now for all the products, Only high weightage products have reasonable shipping marked on them.

Buyatbrands is committed to deliver your order accurately, in good condition and always on time. We do stock products with us and we also have a vendor based model with that. Kindly note that your product might reach to our office in 2 days when its to be procured from vendor then after that it would be dispatched and would reach to metro cities in 1 day and rest of India in 3 to 5 days. 
We currently deliver to more than 6000 cities across India. We ship Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only.
If you deem the product to be in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package.
Call our customer care at +91 75-0303-1811  (Monday to Friday 10:30AM - 6:30PM ) or email us at contact@buyatbrands.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is rushed to you at the earliest.
Delivery Time:- Depending on the item choosen and shipping date
FOR URGENT DELIVERIES (Next day) CALL OUR CUSTOMER CARE AND QUERY FOR PRODUCT STOCK. We will give you the approx delivery time.

International shipments:
Buyatbrands.com does not cater international shipments, however you can request us to send our orders internationally. We will ship through DHL and charge you the exact shipping. You would be required to manage the custom clearance at your end. Buyatbrands.com will not he responsible for any loss in between.

Refunds and Returns Policies

Order Cancellation
From buyatbrands side there is no order cancellation. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before the preparation stage. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within the shortest possible time.
Orders cancelled at preparation stage needs to be charged the customer 5% of transaction value
In any point if buyatbrands.com is not able to serve the customer, then we give full refund +  300 Rs penalty voucher to the customer
Refund Timelines
 
Refund cheque will be delivered within 10 working days from. the date of cancellation of order. Refund draft will be issued in the billing name unless otherwise advised by customers
Online refund will be processed in credit card within 7 working days from. the date of cancellation of order and the credit of the same will reflect in the next credit card statement.
Incase of NetBanking/Debit card refund will be processed within 7 working days from. the date of cancellation of order and the credit of the same will reflect in next bank statement.
 
 
Replacement
Buyatbrands shopping customer care shall assist you with the replacement of the product.
Note: Replacement assistance is provided for complaints of product defects and wrong product serviced within warranty period. 
For other replacements a charge of 200 Rs needs to be borne by the customer. You would need to ship the order back to our office address
