    Genre: Adventure, Drama, Western

For: People in awe of vintage history and Civil wars, and Red Indians. (Lengthy, so might turn boring for some)

Brief: Western Civil War time. An Officer got exiled to the frontier, where he befriends the Red-Indians and a wolf. The Indians found him dancing with the wolves, and named him “Dances with wolves” (that is how they named other Red-Indians). The English man almost mingled with the Red-Indians when his army attacked them. That is when the English Man started writing this novel and says this to the last Red-Indian chief, “People need to know the Truth”.

Comment (in short): Slow read, but beautiful book, if you do have the patience to read it, till the end. The wonderful thing, about the history-based books are, you know a little about them and you satisfy the rest, from the book.
