  1.  Dickinson masterpiece! 2 December, 2013 On
It isn't hidden that David Copperfield is considered one of the most valuable literary gem not only by heavyweights like Tolstoy, Virginia Wolf but even the grandmaster Charles Dickens himself considered this book to be his best.

Some believe Dickens penned David Copperfield in his own image.

The book follows the life of little David from his birth to his growing up as an adult. On his journey through life he meets characters who each play a role in shaping him as a man.

It's a relatively large book at 720 pages (Penguin Classics) but it's not a difficult or dull read at all. You'll relate to the characters. Each one of them etch a lasting impression on you.

A must read literary classic of one of the most unforgettable fictional character - David Copperfield. Truly a masterpiece!
