Sir William Mark Tully, KBE (born 1935) is the former Bureau Chief of BBC, New Delhi. He worked for BBC for a period of 30 years before resigning in July 1994. He held the position of Chief of Bureau, BBC, at Delhi for 20 years. He was born in then Tollygunge, British India. He was sent to England at the age of nine for further studies.
