Google Nexus 5 D821 - Android Mobile Phone with Great Value for Money 29 October, 2014 On Junglee.com
Recently I bought LG Google Nexus 5 D821 from Amazon.in and I want to share the overall buying options being considered before buying and why did I choose to buy a Nexus 5 ?

What are good 5 inch screen android phones in market in India ?
I was looking for 5 inch screen phone and I had 3 options in front of me which are Moto G(2nd gen), Moto X(2nd gen) and Nexus 5.

What is Nexus 5 screen size?
Nexus 5 has a 5 inch IPS Display. The font and images are crisp and clear.

What Android version does Nexus 5 have ?
Nexus 5 comes with the stock Android Kitkat operating system.
It is going to get the Android Lollipop upgrade in early November 2014 as per sources. This is the advantage of choosing a Nexus series from Google, where the upgrades come quicker.

How is the Nexus 5 camera ?
Nexus 5 has a great 8 MP primary camera with optical image stabilization. Nexus 5 has a great HDR+ mode, where it takes great pictures even in low-light condition. I was really impressed with this HDR+ mode.
Panorama view is yet another good feature of this phone.

It also has got a great secondary camera for video calls.

How is the Nexus 5 battery life ?
Nexus 5 comes with 2300 MaH battery which is a pretty good one for a 5 inch screen phone and battery easily lasts for a day or two for a reasonable usage.

The other good qualities of this phone are

    1) Casting Screen with Google Chromecast on your TV
    2) Quad core processor
    3) 2GB RAM

The only issue i see is it slightly overheats when doing processor intensive operations. But other than that, overall, it is a great value for money and If you want to buy a great android phone in the range of 25K to 35K INR, I would recommend you buy Nexus 5.

     Kit-Kat! 26 January, 2014 On Junglee.com
The Google Nexus is the latest edition of the Google smartphone which comes out of the box with the latest android OS the 4.4 Kit Kat.
The Nexus 5 sports a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad core processor, 2GB RAM,16GB internal memory,8MP primary camera with optical image stabilization and 1.3MP front facing camera.
The performance of this phone is great and similar to that of a high end phone.

    Pros:
    LTE for multiple carriers.
    Sleek and solid build.
    Excellent price.
    Crystal-clear calls.
    Google Now is great.

    Cons:
Screen is dimmer than its competitors.
The camera struggles under auto settings.
Android 4.4 KitKat is more conceptual than feature-rich.
    Non-expandable memory.
    Mediocre battery life.

    The Verdict:
A good smartphone with the latest android OS.

Google Makes It Awesome Deal 26 April, 2014 On Junglee.com
Google is making companies to go for better hardware offering with every release. LG this time delivers a cute phone. I used LG phones earlier but not with Android on it. Then I shifted to Samsung Galaxy Series and was fan of Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy S, which I admire to be the best phone I ever used. Now I made this purchase of Nexus 5, hoping that it will be good.

    First Impression
LG Nexus 5 is a cute slim phone which just weight 130 gm. But when I opened the box and started the device, I was expecting bunch of applications on it as Samsung does. But it was not the case. Since I was quite used to Samsung UI and apps, it looks a bit plain vanilla kind.

    Google Rocks
I started giving it a try for some time. Slowly I started loving the phone due to many nifty features. True HD IPS+ 5 inch display is simply awesome. The picture quality is incomparable as it has 1920x1080 pixels resolution and 445 pixel density and it is stunning Full HD display.

Since it does not have customized UI, it runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat with Google UI and this is the best thing that you won't feel any lag when you transition or swipe to other page or scroll. It's pretty fast. The overall experience is also fast as it has 2 GB RAM which is still not common on many phones at this price tag.

The build quality is good and looks quite sturdy and durable. I forgot to mention that it has Gorilla glass 3, which helps in avoiding any scratches on the screen. This is very tough glass as it is claimed to be.

    Camera
It will be good to mention that I compared camera quality with few other phones of similar category from Samsung, Sony and HTC. I found the camera has better picture quality in Nexus 5 and also it is easy to use. A nice feature provided here is HDR+, which enhances the picture quality and helps taking stunning low light sharp photos. You can also take 360 degree view, this is unbelievable that these features are provided in this phone which is not available even in higher end phone/cameras.

    Connectivity (4G/LTE)
Guys, this makes it future ready phone. I thought of getting 4G phone currently or not. But when it is available in this price range then why not. 3G/4G is still costly in India but over period of time it will be easy to get so I decided to go for it. But it's WiFi connectivity is really good and fast. I tried on other phones but the connectivity was good in Note 2 but it is better and faster in this phone.

    Battery
I really loved the battery backup in Nexus 5. The easily runs more than 14-17 hours, depending upon your usage. For me it is sufficient to run for two days, as standby is also over 300 hours.

    Sound quality
Sound quality is average if not best in the lot. It is not the loudest but good. I hope it would have been a bit louder.

    My Verdict
LG Nexus 5 is undoubtedly, a cute looking slim phone with stunning display. Overall surfing and user experience is butter smooth. With Google as provider, it is sure that you will get the Android updates prior to anybody else, which is plus point and advantage. I have used for last two months and did not find any problem with it so far. I will recommend to go far it, trust me you will feel proud to make this decision.

Google nexus5 nothing but the best 8 November, 2013 On Junglee.com
Nexus 5 is a phone that you can buy for nearly half the price of other top-shelf models from different brands.
It runs on latest version of android 4.4 KitKat
The Nexus 5 is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 system clocked at 2.3 GHz chip with Adreno 330 graphics 2GB RAM. This is the same chip used in all latest top of the line devices like the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, Sony Xperia Z1 and the LG G2.
It has a True HD IPS+ Display of 5 inch which has great viewing angles and great natural colours bright enough it can easily be viewed under sunlight the screen is protected by corning Gorilla Glass 3 which is pretty solid + scratch proof.
It comes equipped with a 8mp OIS (Optical Image Stability) and LED flash which captures great picture and can record 1080p videos. At Front 1.3mp HD cam for video calling
Due to its new bigger size of lense low light images will be pretty good.
It has dual speaker at the bottom of the phone which promises to deliver loud and clear sound.
2300 Mah Battery which gives great backup it is wireless charging enabled (separate wireless charger needs to be purchased)

Benefit of buying Google nexus 5
Operation of device is very smooth because of stock pure android OS and no boltware are installed compared to other phone makers.
Doesn't get outdated you get immediate software updates from Google in future.
    Great built quality.
    A Google certified quality product.

If you are looking to buy a new android device and have a budget of ₹30000+ go for nexus5 i am sure you will not regret the buying decision.
I have used a wide range nexus devices. currently i own a nexus 4 and very satisfied with its performance. I'm looking forward to own a nexus5 soon

Decent phone with Above average price 19 December, 2013 On Junglee.com
The only difference between the old Nexus 4 and the current Nexus 5 would be the change in display, exteriors and the hardware upgrade.

Apart from the obvious fact, Nexus 5 being the latest in Google's series of Smartphones, it would naturally get the Android update(Currently 4.4) first, compared to other Android devices.

Multi-taking happens with ease. Thanks to the upgraded hardware, it can handle large volume of background apps without any stutter.

This device has indeed set a new benchmark in the 5 inch category, with amazing picture clarity on the display and decent camera which does well in outdoor (Not so well in low lighting) and ofcourse the much needed external face life !

Despite the bold looks of the Nexus 5, the back panel still feels a bit rubbery and slippery. Perhaps, not meant for the Indian climatic conditions where Summer is around all throughout the year.

Pure google experience without the unnecessary clutter of touchwiz and other apps make it a unique phone

    Pros
    Sleek and solid build.
    Excellent price.
    Crystal-clear calls.
    Google Now is great.

    Cons
Screen is dimmer than its competitors.
The camera struggles under auto settings
    Non-expandable memory.
    Mediocre battery life.

  10.  All you want 26 March, 2014 On Junglee.com
Google's Nexus smartphones have always set the standard when it comes to a pure Google experience.Lovely design and ergonomic body with 8.6 mm thickness.
It challenges every Android phone with its specs, price and performance. It is equally or much more fast than any Android phone available right now.
    1. This is a pure Google experience without any custom UI and really butter smooth Android which is rare to be seen on any device.
    2. Display is mind blowing with full HD resoution(~445 ppi pixel density),its sharp and colors are amazing unlike Samsung thanks to IPS LCD.
    3. Qualcomm MSM8974 Snapdragon 800 quad-core clocked at 2.3 GHz Krait is the beast inside this beauty. 2 GB RAM does the rest.
    4. Camera is unexpectedly good and not the best one out there.
    5. The limited memory without any expansion could be frustrating.
    6. Battery will last you more than a single day with moderate usage,I would say a good battery life.
Best thing about this phone is the latest Android updates, the updates if any will be hell fast to reach on your device.
This device is for those user who don't want any adulteration in Android experience.
My recommendation is for 16GB model.
