    I wish i could rate them in negative. I'm totally annoyed with this purchase they shipped me a altogether different product and not even ready to refund the money. Their customer care employes dnt even know the way to attend the customer in a proper manner. I will strongly suggest everyone never purchase anything from grabmore

  4. The delivery time was too much.
    I was not notified that the item would work on 110 volts. I plugged it into 220 volts and boom.
    The seller should have informed me about the voltage input.
    The item is useless for me now.

  10. delivered on time. However, communication regarding status was not updated online realtime . I was about to call them , when the item was delivered. Communication has to be updated realtime, especially when thw item is from out of India.

We believe that the customer is the center around whom our business revolves and hence we take necessary steps to keep him/her thoroughly satisfied. All the same we do not deny the possibility of a loss or damage of an item while in transit. If the purchase is found to be unsatisfactory in any respect, please contact our customer care.

For outright Cancellation

If you cancel your order before the product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is made after the product has been shipped, you can do one of the following:

a). If your product has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them about your intention.

b). If you have received the product and want to return it, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. However, it only lasts within 7 days after you have received the shipment. You may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs. If you purchased the item in free shipping offer 5% of the item cost will be deducted as shipping fee).

Note: The above-mentioned policy is for most products, including books, CDs and DVD’s. However, due to the nature of goods, the Cancellations, Exchange & Returns policy for consumer electronics is slightly different:

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation for Laptops

a) If you notice any physical damage to the laptop or any of its accessories, please Contact Customer Care within 2 days from the date of delivery.

b) If you happen to notice any defects in the product, kindly contact the nearest authorized service center accredited by the manufacturer. If you cannot find the nearest authorized service center, please contact us immediatley and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.

c) Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

d) Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs If you purchased the item in free shipping offer then Rs. 500 of the item cost will be deducted as shipping fee). We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped with the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.

e). If you encounter problems more than a week after receipt of the item, we will not be in a position to accept any returns. You will have to contact the nearest service center to have the issue resolved.

Note: All Laptops are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Contact Customer Care, and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation for Mobiles

a) Our Mobile phone Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation Policy has a timeline of 7 days from the date of delivery. If you happen to notice any defects in this period, kindly go to the nearest authorized service center dead-on-arrival (DOA) certificate.You need to carry the phone along with the supplied in-box accessories and invoice in the same cell phone box that we provided. Once you have got the DOA issued, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement for you. In exceptional cases, the manufacturer may choose not to issue the DOA and resolve the problem by repairing your phone etc. In such cases, we will have to abide by the manufacturer's policy. If you cannot find the nearest service center get a DOA, please contact usimmediately and we will try to resolve the issue for you on priority.

b). In cases where you have asked us to get a DOA issued and have a replacement shipped, we will not be in a position to cancel the order or issue a refund after the replacement have been procured.

c). Opened packages will be accepted for returns only in cases where an incorrect product has been shipped to you.

d). Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs If you purchased the item in free shipping then Rs. 300 of the item cost will be deducted as shipping fee). We have a policy of no-refund once the item is shipped wherein the only exception being that an unopened item is returned to us.

For Damaged/Defective Micromax Mobiles

a) If you happen to notice any defects with your Micromax Mobile phone within 7 days from the date of delivery, kindly bring it to our attention using our contact form: Select Order Related Query > Select your Order and the item > Select Damaged / Defective Item. Alternatively, you can Contact Customer Care

Do make sure that the box and all packaging material is intact, including the supplied accessories, the stickers on the box that mention the IMEI Numbers are intact and not disfigured, illegible or torn.

b) Our Customer Service personnel will guide you through the necessary process of shipping the phone back to us.

c) We will get a dead-on-arrival (DOA) issued on your behalf and ship you a replacement. We will not be in a position to cancel the order (or issue a refund) after the replacement have been procured.

Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item(s) in its original packaging (with seal intact), for a refund (excluding shipping costs If you purchased the item in free shipping offer then Rs. 700 of the item cost will be deducted as shipping fee). Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kg or pound. Shipping is free for all Indian Destinations.

Delivery

Delivery Charges

We provide free delivery for a minimum purchase of Rs. 100/- and only ask for an Rs. 30/- delivery charge on purchases below the said amount.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery time varies depending on the availability of an item and location. We classify items as in-stock, Pre order, out of stock. This information is available for every item

In-stock with item located in Indian warehouse – Once dispatched the maximum delivery period for these items are three (3) business days within the areas being covered by our reliable courier service. For locations outside their coverage areas, delivery time is from 1-2 weeks depending on the distance. Items will be sent by registered mail through the Indian Postal Service.

Note: Business days exclude Sundays as well as public holidays and doesn’t apply to bulk orders. Item location is available in Item note.

In-stock with item located in USA Warehouse - If the item is In-stock and located in our USA warehouse, delivery may take ten (10) or more days and we guarantee that you will receive your order on the specified time because we procure and ship the items on the time specified at the item detail page. All items from USA warehouse are shipped in bulk to our Indian warehouse and then reshipped using local courier to customer’s location. We are using this method to clear all the customs duty before it is shipped to customer. Price listed in our website is final.

Pre order - We can pre-book your order for these items because they are soon to be released. The item will be released to you on its official release date. However, the pre-order duration varies from item to item wherein the release time and date is mentioned once known.

Out-of-stock - Items in this category are not currently available. You can use the “notify me” feature so that we can immediately inform you of their availability.

For every order you placed, you will receive an email containing its details. Another e-mail will be sent containing the shipping details once we ship the item(s).

Mode of Delivery

We tap the services of professional couriers like Aramex, DTDC, UPS, USPS, Fedex to do delivery for us.

Hidden costs

We can honestly say that the prices posted on our website are inclusive of taxes and shipping charges. You do not have to worry about hidden charges or the likes. What you see is what you pay for.

Delivery outside of India

We have an international delivery of selected products. Items like imported books, DVD’s, music, and VHS videos can be shipped to almost all destinations outside India. Shipping cost and other fees will vary depending on the delivery address. You will be responsible for any import duties and customs fees imposed on your package by a particular country you have it shipped.

Delivery to USA (Item location from USA warehouse only)

Books, DVD’S, VHS, Non-media and electronics items that originate from our USA warehouse are delivered to any location in USA. The prices posted on our website are inclusive of taxes and shipping charges. You do not have to worry about any customs duty.
