56 days after placing the order, it was cancelled by Indiaplaza saying the item ordered is out of stock, this is definitely not the way to run online shopping. -

Please dont buy anything from Indiaplaza. They dont deliver the product.
Trusting on Junglee I had placed an order with IndiaPlaza. Indiaplaza neither delivery the product nor refund my money.
They are not replying to complaints raised by me on their site. -

My item is not yet shipped. The contact numbers are not available, no update. The India plaza offices are closed for maintenance.

Indiaplaza is a worst seller. Beware of them. I purchased one food chopper on 28 december, till date I have not received the item. The status always shows 'Processing' but within 3 days of purchase my bank cleared the money to them. I contacted the customer support by email but no one responded yet. They never pickup phone also.Before buying I should have googled with 'Indiaplaza complaints'. The search shows millions people like me who have been suffered like me. Don't buy from Indiaplaza... they are horrible. Junglee should have removed this seller immediately.
Also I forgot to mention one thing, in junglee the products shows free shipping but in indiaplaza they charge you Rs. 90 for shipping... so fraud service. -

Worst experience with Indiallaza. The item was not shipped at all for 3 weeks and they kept on delaying the shippig date. I had to cancel the order and look at other websites. -

Vaitheeswaran holds an electronics engineering graduate from Govt. College of Engg., Tirunelveli affiliated to the Madurai-Kamaraj University).
He began his career in 1985 with Murugappa Electronics (part of the Murugappa& Parry Group) wherein he was responsible for sales and later product management of Test & Measuring Instruments. His four year stint with them included assignments in Chennai, Calcutta and New Delhi.
He joined Wipro Infotech thereafter in 1989 where he held various positions in sales, marketing and business planning of Computers & Peripherals in Chennai and Bangalore. His last assignment in Wipro was as the Marketing Communications Manager in the Computers & System Integration division where he was responsible for Wipro’s brand development for computers.

Refunds and Returns Policies
What do I do in case I receive a defective / damaged item from Indiaplaza?
If an item ordered by you on Indiaplaza is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, Please click here to email us for a replacement. We will have the defective / damaged item picked up from you at our cost. The replacement item will be immediately shipped to you.
How can I return a product ordered from Indiaplaza?
To provide you a worry free shopping experience on Indiaplaza, we offer you a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs).
Incase of Mobiles, Home and Kitchen appliances, Consumer Durables and Electronics items & Gold Coins, the No Questions Asked Return Policy will not be applicable. Incase of any kind of malfunctioning or defect, the item will need to be taken to the nearest service station authorised by the manufacturer.
In case of jewellery shipped within India, the No Questions Asked return policy is valid upto 7 days from the date of delivery. Due to Import and Export regulations and restrictions, we are unable to extend our Returns Policy for any items sourced from outside India.
When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note. Put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. We will refund to you the entire cost of the returned item, less shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our store.
Within what time period do I have to return the product?
You need to return any product bought from our store within a period of seven days from the receipt of the shipment. However, for jewellery shipped within India, the maximum return period allowed is 30 days from the date of delivery to you. In case of groceries, you can even return any items back to the delivery person when he is delivering your grocery order to you.
How and when will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be made to the same payment option(s) originally used to pay for the order. Please note that in case you have used Indiaplaza Reward Points / Indiaplaza Gift Certificate / Pre-paid account, we can only refund your account against these specific options and we will not be able to return the same as a cheque.
