Shipping Rates and Policies

Maximum of 50 Rs for Order value below 2,000 Rs
  1. Material will be dispatched by a National Courier or Delivered in-person.
  2. Material(s) will be shipped within stipulated shipping days as described in the product detail. There will be no delivery on Sundays and Gazetted Holidays. In the event of delays beyond described shipping days, Laptop Originals shall pre-inform the customer for probable shipping date. A new date shall be given based on mutual agreement based on cause of delay.
  3. All deliveries are packed well to ensure you get the product in best condition. In case you receive the package in condition that may have affected the product, do not accept the package and inform us through e-mail. 
  4. Similarly, if you have ordered multiple products on a same order, we request to count the same while accepting the delivery. In case the quantity of products mentioned on the bill and actual delivered does not match, do not accept the package and inform us through e-mail or call us immediately.
  5. Original Invoice is enclosed within the Package. Duplicate copy is with the Shipping Company. Please check your Bill Totals to ensure that there are no errors.
  6. One way shipping expenses for Serviced/Replacement Material shall be borne by Laptop Originals.

Refunds and Returns Policies

Cancellations and Refund Policy
  1. In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the amount without deducting any money. 
  2. On cancellation of an order after it has been processed/approved by Laptop Originals, the cancellation charges will be applicable @ flat rate of 15% of the order value and the refunded value shall be after deducting a total of 15% of total order value. 
  3. Laptop Originals has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Laptop Originals and accept Laptop Originals's decision regarding the cancellation. 
  4. Products once dispatched cannot be returned. Nothing herein will prevent you from returning the product pursuant to rights available to you under applicable law.
