Overview: The Leader Who Had No Title

When it comes to self-help books, Robin Sharma is one name that deserves mention. The Leader Who Had No Title (With CD) is one of his noted works on leadership and personality development and like all other Robin Sharma books, aims at bringing out the best in you and transforming your life in the process. The book gives you access to the success formula patented by Robin Sharma, one he has shared with many Fortune 500 companies, CEOs and leaders. In these uncertain times, when a great many companies are shutting down every day, this book helps you devise strategies to take your organisation to greater and newer heights.

With the blockbuster of a book, The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari to his credit, Sharma is counted among the most widely read authors on personality development and leadership. In 2012, he was ranked 7 on the list of International Leadership Professional Gurus. Till date he has written 15 self-help books, which have been published in more than 60 nations. In this book, Sharma lets you in on the secrets of becoming super successful. He lays down some basic tenets and follows it up with explanation of each of them. For instance, he shows the way in which you can influence people and leave them awed, regardless of your position. Discerning opportunities and seizing them is an art - one that Sharma helps you learn in this book. He also mentions the tactics that can help you be physically and mentally strong - qualities necessary to lead from the front.

Like all other Robin Sharma books, this one too had earned critical acclaim from various quarters. Keith Ferrazzi, known for his book, Never Eat Alone - a New York Times bestseller, is all praises for this book and recommends it for anyone looking to make "the leap to extraordinary performance". The CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi, Kevin Roberts has only one advice - to "buckle up" and enjoy the joy-ride like experience!

One of the best-selling self-help books, this particular edition comes bundled with an audiobook that has been read by Holter Graham, as well as an introduction by the author himself. This 216 page book has been published by Jaico Publishing House and is available in paperback edition. It has ISBN 10 number 8184952244 and ISBN 13 number 9788184952247.
