Design and Trust goes hand in hand
3 April, 2013
Well, though I had time with it for only 2 weeks, it 'did' impressed me, High Time.
Let's talk about it like this:
1/ LOOKS - slim, sexy and will seriously make a good show-piece for your kitchen.
2/ FEATURES - now, this is where, it gets all the credit. It's touch-sensible, glass-top, and with variable cooking options as 'fry', 'gravy', 'warm/temp', 'pressure cooker', 'soup' (and the good part is, it all works accordingly and not written for names sake).
3/ DURABILITY - Till now, it's working all fine. And the best part is, and it is having a 'guarantee' and not a 'warranty'.
and here goes the other aspects:
4/ SERVICE - pretty bad. They are supposed to come to my place for some sort of clarification. But then, they called me to say 'if you want service, you need to come to our place'. Quiet embarrassing.
5/ COMPATIBILITY - It is only compatible with the vessels and utensils with steel and flat bottom with bottom width more and not-less than 12 inch. So while buying utensils, please take care of this part.
Overall, it's an ergonomic buy.
