The Most Dangerous Game is the popular short story originally published in 1924 which was written by Richard Connell. This is the story of a big game hunter who is trapped on an island with a fellow hunter, who is uninterested in hunting stereotypical prey, and instead decides that the only prey worthy of his skills is other humans. This title is often required reading in middle schools, and has been since adapted into movies and extended versions. This title is the original version by the author, and is considered one of the greatest short stories ever written.

  1.  A Short Story Written In 1924 - Quite Interesting and Exciting 29 January, 2014 On
    The Most Dangerous Game by Richard Connell was written in 1924 and became a famous short story, is also treated as an excellent piece of work from Richard Connell. The story is about Sanger Rainsford, lead role who is a hunter hailing from New York. Sanger gets trapped in a Caribbean island that is barren after his ship met with an accident. There he met two men - General Zaroff and his servant Ivan. Ivan is a strange character who can't hear and speak.

    Overall an interesting story to read and enjoy!
