I had purchased sony xperia z thru next online referred by ur web site and the product still not despatched and daily they are dodging for the last 15 days ... I am worrried about my money .... no response to the mails also .. POOR RESPONSE FROM NEXT ONLINE

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you regarding a certain purchase I made via your service junglee.com. Going by the name of amazon, I assumed that the sellers you list on your website would be trustable ones. I ordered a Lamy pen offered by Next online store on the 15th of January. Not only did they take a month to send me the shipment but they sent me a faulty piece. The fault with this lamy pen was that it had 'tester' written on its bright yellow surface with a red permanent marker. This meant that it was a pen meant for testing purposes at stores and was not a fresh piece. I was extremely saddened to receive a product like this as I expected to give this pen as a gift to a beloved friend. After multiple calls to next onlines call center, they agreed to get the pen exchanged. They got a courier person to collect the faulty pen from me and promised to send me a fresh piece in a couple of days. I received a shipment in a couple of weeks and not days. And to my extreme disappointment, they sent me the same faulty lamy pen I had sent them for an exchange. Furiously I called them and tried to explain to them their mistake and how they had made the same mistake twice. It took them a week to understand that. For a few days after that, they kept giving me false hope of having sent a fresh piece of the product I had paid for. Now they are not replying to any of my calls or emails. It was your brand and service that I trusted on and I have been put though hell due to that. You should feel responsible to do something about this situation. Thanks.

The item took a very long time to ship and i wasa not updated about the same---only when i called up care --i was informed about the status--not expected from this brand---but overall a good shopping experience

I ordered a Videocon 093 DirectCool on the 25th of Feb. I did not receive my order even though the advertisement said that I would get it in 5-6 days time. When I called I was told the delivery will take time as the manufacturer was taking time. I have not been contacted by them to update me of the status. Fingers crossed that I will get it is available at a very good price

No one picks the calls in their call center though they responded to email. The phone package seal was open so i am hoping my phone is not duplicate.

I purchased a large colour TV. The order was executed on time. I asked for delivery status which was immediately provided and turned out to be very accurate. The TV arrived in excellent packaging at my door, on the day it was supposed to. Thank You for the great experience. Will buy again from NEXT RETAIL.
