The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

5 days delivery time: 5 days delivery time is applicable to all the ‘In Stock’ items

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 3 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent may take 5-7 working days depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays

More than 3 days delivery time: is applicable to items which are ‘Forthcoming’ or the service area (delivery location) is not listed with us.

For out of stock items - You need to mark that product in your wish list and put online request for notification alerts on your email id once the stock of the product is available with Next Retail India Ltd.

With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details

We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.

If there is no courier service available in your area to ship electronics item (Mobiles, Gaming Consoles, Cameras, Laptops), we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternative delivery location that is service by our courier partners

Replacement

All products sold at next.co.in are covered under our 30 Day Replacement Guarantee. In case of any problems, damages or defects please notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.

If you want to return any product because of any valid reason you can contact our customer care at  012-4330-1736 within 2 days from the date of delivery. As soon as the returned product is received at our end we will refund you the balance amount deducting only the shipping charges.

Order Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation within 24hrs of order placement – 100% amount is refund within 5 working days

Order Cancellation after 24 Hrs (After the product is shipped from our end) – Please contact our customer care centre and inform about the order details.

Order Cancellation after receiving the product shipment - It will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Kindly refer to the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee Policy for details.
