     Love it :) 4 July, 2013 On Junglee.com
I love this piece of gadget. This is really awesome.
People say it supports few apps and it isn't like android. True but you don't have to worry about it because Nokia is working on it and trying to provide more number of apps available to Windows mobiles.
The best features of this mobile are battery and this mobile weighs 128 grams only, which is awesome.
Camera is the other best thing about this mobile. You'll love using it.

    CONS:
-If you access your office outlook, mobile become slow.
-If there are any apps working in background, then your battery gets down.
-If you play games continuously for more than 2 - 3 hours, then your battery gets down.

Just got this couple of days back and I'm loving it :)
I recommend this mobile to everybody because of its look, performance and camera specially.

I researched a lot on this mobile before purchasing; and after I bought this mobile, I feel like worth it :)

     A Beautfiul Windows Phone. 25 August, 2013 On Junglee.com
    Pros:
    Large Screen-
The screen is bright and ultra sensitive to touch. Styluses: DIY or factory made both perform very well. At its brightest, the display is clear even in the brightest over head sunlight! That's a feature I haven't seen in any phone. Even the most expensive android users have to use the other hand to while reading in sunlight. Reading books and Kindle and Flipkart ebooks app is just pure pleasure.

    Processor & Memory-
1GHz and 512 RAM provides more power than most desktops around! The apps however heavy are designed with these specifications in mind, so there is no way they do not perform well. The OS is absolutely tight when it comes to security and because of which apps/tasks do not load the processor and makes the UI super smooth.

    User Interface & Experience-
Windows has done an brilliant job in creating the most unique UI that we have ever seen. Its smooth, intuitive yet absolutely minimal. Segoe type face has been integrated in all the new Microsoft products which make then all visually similar and calm. If you are the types who is conscious about typography windows has done a great job here. The icons and the Live tile will keep you away from all unnecessary and spammy notifications that you never care about. Toast notifications make you never miss message which may be urgent in nature. Battery saver is a life saver.

PC & Wireless (2G/3G/Bluetooth/Wifi) Connectivity are all smooth and integrate with the OS seamlessly. Although keeping them turned on when not used will surely drain your battery faster.

    Battery-
At 2000mAh, it offers more juice than any other phone in the series. at the most extravagant battery consumption, without leaving the phone down even for a minute, the battery gives you a non stop 8-9 hour on one full charge. For standard use, (with 3G/wifi turned on when needed) ad about 15-20 calls a day, it'll surely run for 2 days. So you can judge the performance there. Apps help you to understand your battery drainage and optimize it for your usage.

Gorila Glass: absolutely delightful. Has endure 3 6feet drops till now. Do you need to know more?

    Cons:
    Earphones:
The earphone is fragile and makes you scared of using them. Although they sound good, I would not want to risk it in the rush hour journey of Mumbai Locals. So there, you may have to look for an alternative.

Ceramic coating is pretty awesome, but does pick up scratches over time. Although its not a scratch magnet, but I would suggest using some protection. The polycarbonate body is nevertheless strong!

Comparison with Android & iOS: Android being an open system is an inviting environment for programmers and developers to create apps. That does not mean its the best thing around.
iOS like windows is a proprietary platform, but all the major app developers have their windows version already. The Windows market is free of cheap apps that are backdoors to viruses and trojan horses. Data Security on Windows and OS integrity has been a very important highlight of the OS which makes sure the phone operates at best speed even when you have a 1000 apps installed. The call log opens in a flick, and so does the contacts. To understand my point, pick up any Android around (Samsung, htc, karbonnnn ro whatever) the OS is pre-occupied with process such that even after a reboot most apps take time to fire!

    Comparison with Indian Mindset:

An average Indian user I doubt would not know that typefaces are an important part of UI&UX design. (which means they would not know what UI & UX is either) So lets not talk on that point. Let me stop at saying WINDOWS PHONE has a beautiful & minimal UI compared to all other OS.

    - So when a phone does not allow sending videos by Bluetooth, our average user is rendered jobless while traveling in train, and can't share his collection with his friends, so there gets rejected an amazing product.
    - Now how can you not have FM, how does unlimited access to Nokia Music matter, when most users have no, or poor access to the internet? So there another point for Android.
    - Windows phones, WHY U NO GIVE SAXXXY GRAPHIC themes. Indians need jazzy themes to pimp up their phones. This just can't work here.
    - "Samsung Grand to yeh cost mein 5inch screen deta hai" is what most would argue, well then if thats the case, please enjoy your 5 inch screen, because it looks like that's the biggest screen you would ever have access to! In fact I suggest you must buy the 7inch tab that'll even save you some 5000 with which you can hire someone to hold it onto your face while making calls.

    Verdict:
If you are conscious about beautiful typography and intuitive UI design, this phone (Windows Phone OS actually) promises you that. What this phone provides is beautiful body design and enough juice (battery + memory) to run almost everything on the market. 512MB RAM could be a slight deterrent for heavy gamers. Smartphone it is, so multitask, sync accounts, browse the web and enjoy the beauty of a well designed phone!

nokia vs others 6 September, 2013 On Junglee.com
Everyone had been thinking of Nokia entering into Android OS but it had stand on its way made the smartphone way better.
But lets see the os of the mobile. It having great interface between mobile and laptop as most of the laptop are in Windows os.
May be windows have low mob apps but on considering the fact during the early stages of android to had the same issue.
Further to this Nokia durability is way higher than with the other companies.
    > Considering the design the phone have a smooth curve which i had personally handle and its smoothness of the materials.
    >Next the camera 6.1 mp is good of its quality along with the led flash light,
    >Adreno 305 for the high quality games
    >Qualcomm processor with Dual-core 1 GH.
    >RAM 512mb may be seen as little low but it performed well for most of the high app which i had used.
    >Extension card availability makes it easy of storage
    >Speaker sound is way better than other devices
    >Battery backup coming at high end of 1-1.5 days and i am critical net user in ma mobile.

    cons :
    >apps- its the major drawback comparing with ios and android but it windows will meet up the consumers demand.

thus from this it better go with Lumia 720 at the affordable price with high end usage to our needs..
Its worth buying for 17k bucks........

     Nokia Lumai 720 : Brilliantly amazing 12 April, 2014 On Junglee.com
    Greetings everyone !
It was 8 months back that I became a proud owner of this Lumia 720 and today, No regrets. All my friends told me windows phone is not worth it, stick to android but even though I was owning an android then, I was not pretty much satisfied, as I am today. The transition from android to windows was way easier than people actually hyped about it.
The battery backup is amazing, the main advantage being, you don't have to carry your phone charger all the time and don't have to worry about charging just before leaving to some place. I get two days of battery even after keeping the data ON always, WhatsApp most of the time, Call for 2 hrs a day, Maps, Music (occasionally) and little browsing, which my Android couldn't provide me.
After I bought this phone, I have got software updates twice, each time making this phone smarter and amazing.
The music quality is really good. Loud speaker is loud enough with good quality but the ear phone that comes with this phone not In-the-Ear becoz of which the quality is not all that good, but if you use any other ear phones you get really good effect.
The Camera is brilliant. After the recent update to Lumia Black, the cam has become a mini D-SLR. You won’t believe your eyes if you see the pics clicked from this 6.7 MP phone. The flash is also pretty good.
The display is clear and crisp enough. even though the PPI is less when compared to other phones,it has a 4.3" clear black IPS LCD display which makes it vibrant.
Performance wise, I never felt any hang or lag till date. Touch wood.
It plays HD videos too, in spite of just a Dual core processor, where as most of the Dual core androids cant play it.
It is also sleek, light in weight, has NFC, supports Wireless charging, has 8 GB internal memory, supports mirco SD upto 64GB, offers SkyDrive which lets you save your photos, videos and everything else on the cloud and later can be accessed from any other windows device.
It is the best value for money product currently in the market that you can really rely upon. Yes, there are cheaper android phones available that may provide same or more features, but if you are worried about quality than quantity then go for Lumia 720.
I agree there are very less windows apps available, but even though there are lot of android apps available people generally don't install them just because it eats up space and battery. You do find many useful Windows app in the store. Many apps are developing right now, so you cannot conclude this is a con. Moreover, this con should be linked to the windows OS rather than this phone.
I don't work for Nokia nor do they pay me for advertising and so I'm still hunting for some Cons about this phone, but in vain. The only thing I could come up concluding as a con is that the Call Log doesn't group calls based on the contact or number. if you have called some one 50 times, then 50 entries will appear in your log, which is sometimes annoying. I'm really looking forward that someday even this issue will be resolved.
I recommended it to my friends and 3 out of 5 bought it.
A quick rating out of 5 of the basic things a smart phone should provide.
    Battery: 5 / 5.
    Performance: 4.5 / 5.
    Display: 4.8 / 5.
    Music quality: 4.8 / 5.
    Camera: 5 / 5.
Value for money: You may take a call on this. Compare with other phones on Junglee.com and see the results for yourself.
From my real experience, I felt this is an investment than an expense. Truly worth every single penny.

Best Phone in its class 9 August, 2013 On Junglee.com
Nokia 720 Lumia was one of the best phones till last year. I bought this phone under an assumption that it would support Windows 8 Upgrade but few months later, I came to know that it was not the case. I had to be satisfied with just Windows 7.8 . Though it gave the Feel of Win 8 User Interface(UI), it did not support all the features of an Win 8.

Anyways, when compared to the functions, it is really cool because it helped me in handling many sites very easily. I was pretty happy using Social Websites like FB and Twitter. I could pin them as tiles on the home screen.

Camera was OK though I wouldn't say GREAT. The major disadvantage with this phone is Non-expandable Memory. One has to be contended with 8GB which I think is not sufficient these days even for a kid. Loved it for its brand name and the collaboration of MS

  6.  Best Mid Range Phone 16 June, 2014 On Junglee.com
I recently bought a Glossy White Lumia 720 for My father for rs 17599 and i must say this is a very impressive phone. my father was totally impressed by this phone. it has the exact size of screen which he can handle and bright screen in the sunlight also it do not diminish. Though there is a lack of good resolution for a screen this big. refresh rate is also not so good but given the price and other features, it can be ignored. Sound quality is superb. Navigation on this phone is very nice. moreover, the design is really a stand out. battery backup is also better compared to similarly priced android phones.

  7.  check thoroughly before buying 29 April, 2014 On Junglee.com
this phone is the best possible thing you could feel. and its from Nokia! so makes it more reliable.
but after a week or more of usage, the windows OS becomes monotonous. the phone scores well in terms of operating speed and looks. also the scratch resistant glass stands upto expectation.
theres one common issue regarding the availability of apps for this OS. although die hard fans of lumia will argue that 'all apps are there for windows too..le lo!' NO!! i've compared a lott and have made a decision not to buy a windows phone. atleast not by spending 18K. can get a lot better android.

  9.  Awesome is the word..!!! 7 April, 2014 On Junglee.com
The best mobile handset in the range of highly popular Lumia series from Nokia. From the stunning looks to exceptional build quality, this phone has got it all.

If you are looking for a mid-range handset and do not want to get bogged down by the sluggish performance of Android, this is the phone for you. But be warned there is still a significant less number of apps in the Windows store as compared to Google Play. But most of the apps that matters like Facebook, Whatsapp, Skype, Dominos Pizza are present in the Windows store and with fluid interface of Windows 8 mobile, most the apps provide lovable experience.

The only disappointment with Lumia 720 is the limited 512 Mb RAM which although does not affect the normal usage but kind of limits your ultimate X-box gaming experience to a select high end games. But dont worry as per a recent survey it has been found out that more than 99% of the total apps does not have any RAM limitation.

Camera quality is very good considering the fact that this is not a Flagship device just a mid range phone. Its 6.7 mega pixel camera is even better than the usual 8 mega pixel camera of other mobile phones.

Overall, Nokia Lumia 720 is a very strong contender in the mid-range Smart Phone segment.

  10.  NOT the invincible Nokia that you'd expect!! 28 March, 2014 On Junglee.com
    Hi guys!

I've been using Lumia 720 for the last 6 months. So, I've gone through it's pros and cons thoroughly and I hope it would help you with your decision on buying this phone!

Well, to begin with, the 720 is a sleek, slim, intuitive design. The guys at Nokia have done a brilliant job in designing this phone - It fits neatly in your pocket, feels good in your hand, and is not heavy at all! Oh did I mention that it's a unibody design?!! Well, yes, that adds to it's charm!

Powered by a 1 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4, Dual Core processor, the 720 does your day to day tasks easily. The 720 cannot be used for high end games, as it would slow down and that might be irritating to some. Apart from that fact, the phone is quick enough.

The phone is equipped with a 6.7 MP camera with Carl Zeiss lens, and trust me, the photos taken on the 720 are mind blowing. According to me, the pic quality is even better than that of the Lumia 820! The phone does have an HD Front-facing Camera with a Wide-angle Lens; so go Skype all day and all night long, because the 720 is powered with a 2000 mAh battery! I charge my 720 only once in 3 days. An absolute 5/5 for battery performance!

The phone, as I mentioned earlier is light when compared to the Lumia 820. It also comes with a Corning Gorilla Glass 2.

    Problems faced after 3 months:

I faced a couple of problems with my 720 after a couple of months.
    1) The phone accidentally fell, and the "Corning Gorilla Glass 2" had APPARENTLY 'CRACKED'. And it took me 8000 to get it repaired, which is nearly half as much as the cost of the phone!

If you are thinking of buying the 720 just because it's from the Nokia stable, beware. The Lumia range of phones are flimsy; and the repairs can cost you a fortune. If you are a careless guy, stay away from this phone.

    2) After the Black update, my microphone would stop working occasionally, which is a huge minus since the basic use of a phone is to talk to one another!

Apart from these 2 flaws, I've learned to live with my Lumia. It's a nice phone, packed with Nokia+Microsoft apps. It won't let you down if you're ready to take care of it!

    Cheers!
