Product Description

Buy the Oye Lucky Lucky Oye, Moserbaer - Hindi DVD for the lowest price. Starring Abhay Deol, Neetu Chandra and Paresh Rawal, Directed by Dibakar Banarjee, this Bollywod Comedy is inspired by the real life story of Lucky Singh, an extremely smooth, confident, charismatic and fearless thief who first socializes with Delhi's richest and most influential people, chaarming them with his smooth talk, and then proceeds to go ahead and rob them blind. Lucky has stolen millions before he was finally tracked down and arrested by the Delhi Police.

From the inner city streets of West Delhi the gawky 15-year-old, lower middle class Sikh kid, Lucky, rises to become one of the most wanted master mind thieves of India with millions worth of loot, a flamboyant yet glam lifestyle, posh cars, hot woman, and a huge fan following. Lucky's journey helps him to grow into a flamboyant playboy who wishes to have just the wealth. The other half mostly depicts why a wealthy thief who stole millons of millions worth of cars, jewelry, gadgets and other valuables would also steal simplest of things like a greeting card, a stuffed bear and a framed family photo of a family playing in the snow, showing the simplicity that his heart craves for.

The movie comically presents to us the adventures of this modern-day Robin Hood, with a twist - robbing both rich and poor without prejudice. Using his attention for detail, nothing is too big or small for him to achieve. The movie opens with Lucky's trial and proceeds to document his rise from small thefts in crime- crawling suburban Delhi, to the very hearts of the Pillars of Power in our society. On the way he discovers true friendship, falls in love and outwits the entire justice system of the country.

Lucky's (played by Abhay Deol) childhood days in West Delhi, is portrayed extremely well, with Paresh Rawal playing his annoyingly sceptic sikh father and little Manjot Singh playing the young Lucky. Paresh Rawal once again lives upto his image of being the top comic actor in Bollywood, while playing 3 characters in the movie. Over the top and tacky, but still holding on to an extremely compelling and engrossing story telling. Abhay Deol as the "superchor", genius.

The music score, composed by Music Director -Sneha Khanwalkar, is apt as well as catchy, with the popular number "Oye Lucky Lucky Oye" that ruled the charts.

The product set contains a total of 2 discs with the CD's in Blu-Ray format. Presented by the Moserbaer Studio, which is well known in the Indian market for providing the market with affordable entertainment solutions. The movie is a family entertainer, with a U/A -Parental Guidance, certification.

Overall , its the perfect movie to watch with your famly on a lazy Sunday afternoon. Don't miss out on this offer! You can buy this movie set exclusively from at a very reasonable price.

Hilarious dialogues and tons of fun! 19 October, 2013 On
First, I must admit that being a Delhiite I could relate better with the dialogues and the storyline. Having said that, the resplendent movie overflows with witty and funny lines, comic situations, and fine acting.

Lucky's (Abhay Deol) childhood in West Delhi has been portrayed extremely well with Paresh Rawal playing the irritated sikh dad and Manjot Singh playing Lucky. In particular the scenes depicting Lucky fancying the young girl turned out to be hilarious. The fun continuous as Lucky and his friend Bengali (Played by Manu Rishi, who by the way has also written the dialogues) begin their felonious career. Paresh Rawal justifies his image as the top comic actor in India while playing 3 roles in the movie.

Overall, a perfect sunday movie that can be watched over and over again!
