    Don't have a doubt, in their ability to deliver the product at any time and date. I requested for my order to be made delivery in 2 days. They did not assure me, if it was possible. for my surprise I was greatly obliged and happy to receive My request was obliged by delivering in Two days on exact time and date :).....Product wise, i am in love with Quechua, and Love is Blind.....Overall i am happy with quality and service of all the products on playmore.

    Playmore gives the best prices compared to any other seller. Items are carefully packed and shipped. Post sale customer support and assistance is wonderful. I've always bought my sports gear from Playmore and it has always been a pleasant experience. Highly recommended this seller.

  7. I was recently introduced to Playmore by one of the associate websites, and since then I have been hooked to them. The description of the goods mentioned is 99.999% correct, pictures are a reasonably good quality, Delivery time was as per the promise. I would request Playmore to add Voice Support just to give more personal touch to the buyer.

  10. I ordered a swimming shorts. Its been 4 days and I haven't heard back from The status shows 'Processing' and it has not even been shipped. I can't think of a reason why a shorts can take more than 4 days to get shipped. And no intimation from them, the customer is kept guessing. Please avoid these guys at all costs. Thats where websites like ***** make a difference. You make an order, the item is packed within a few hours!! I do understand if shipping transit time goes up by a day or two, but 4 days and the item not yet being packed, and the customer being kept in the dark, is ridiculous. You just got my last order, playmore!!!

Refunds and Returns Policies

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed.

PlayMore has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by PlayMore and accept PlayMore decision regarding the cancellation.

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that the PlayMore marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine's Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

When you receive the shipment, please do not accept the package if the 'shipping package' seal is broken. If the seal is not broken please open the package in the presence of the shipping agent and inspect for any physical damages, if you find any physical damages please call us immediately on the contact number provided on the invoice or on our website and report the problem. If our customer support agent recommends you to return the product please put all the contents back into the box and return the package to the same person who delivered the shipment immediately. We will arrange for the replacement product as soon as possible. Once you accept the shipment for any defects found in the product you will have to contact the product manufacturer and PlayMore will not be responsible for the repair or replacement of the defective product.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

Shipping charges

The shipping charges are shown on the website during the ordering process. In the unlikely event that there are any additional charges based on the shipping address, our customer support team will get in touch with you to inform the changes and ask for your choice to either modify the invoice amount or to cancel the order.

Delivery Policy

We deliver our products only in India. The orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. PlayMore is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). PlayMore is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. PlayMore is proud to use EBS for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit/debit cards, netbanking payments are accepted.
