  1.  Introduction to Saina Nehwal (with Problems and Solutions) 15 September, 2013 On
No Ice-cream , no fried food , no movies (rare occasion) and no friends at all . This is not definitely not the menu of a 23 year old .
But 23 year old ace shuttler Saina has no other option. A strict disciplinary by habit , Saina , according to her coach Gopi Chand never deviates from the menu fixed by her coach and officials . Saina wakes up at around six in the morning and reaches the Gopi-Chand academy at around 7:30 . This is the start of her "real wake up" . The Badminton Court is her temple .Even She practices with boys .U'll know these small but important facts about only Indian Female Olympic Badminton medalist through this book . This book is not so much about badminton , but about The Unusual Life of a Champion . Every win of Saina propels her to a new high of Indian Badminton .

A KALEIDOSCOPE of faces apperas for Indian Badminton every year . But Saina is same as she was on her very first days . The Queen of Indian Badminton has revealed her success theory in this book and that's simple : hardwork. One of the best thing about this book is saina's photos .Those are just like cherry on ice-cream . Saina Nehwal is not a badminton shuttler today , she is the female character whom we search everyday in buses , trains and in our home , within relatives and so so. And Saina ..... May be she is waiting for her mother's "aloo-paratha " now .

Please read this book to sit infront of Saina Nehwal as a reader . This book ends with views of saina to life. How Saina watches life and what she thinks about it . I think this is the gem of this book . Because the problems we face , most of them are beacuse of how we view it . I think saina's approach to life will help you find out how to view life to become a champion .

This is all about win . Winning against shadows , winning against life , Winning with Saina
