Bad experience with Prenea Sarees

I had placed an order with PRENEA SAREES - through a e-commerce site and then I made the mistake of making the payment in full, 100% advance. They have only sent one of the two suits - while happily charging me for the 2 suits. The number on the courier works intermittently. When it does, the guys say that there is another number that I have to call. When I try calling that number it is mostly switched off.
The more I am getting into this - it sounds and feels like a very murky operation - The supplier who has sent it is one M/s Prenea Sarees http://www.preneasarees.com/ and I just spoke to them. The lady there, refused to give her name. (AGAIN, why am I not surprised?) The website provides some contact numbers - which are not reachable, either switched off or not reachable. (AGAIN, why do I continue to be totally "un"surprised???)
The site also lists one MR. VIMAL (Vimal??? why not - the brand name Only VIMAL?) - well, surprise, surprise, the contact number there... RINGS... in fact, keeps ringing!!! It says, it is busy... and then gets disconnected. But I am surprised this time - I get an automated response on SMS - A call made by you could not be completed. Please try again at 08045134244.
