What is the 30 Days Return/Replacement Guarantee? How do I get a defective item, ordered on priceking.in, replaced?

30 Days Replacement Guarantee:

All products sold at Priceking.in are covered under our 30 Days Replacement Guarantee. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.

In order to get a defective item replaced

1. Contact Customer Support on +91 22 4215 0754, within 30 days from the date of delivery.

2. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

How to cancel an order on priceking.in? Alternatively, how to return a product ordered on priceking.in ?

For outright cancellations:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting 5% from the amount paid.

If you cancel your order after your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting 25% from the amount paid.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can opt for one of the following:

1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.

2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product. Please refer to the 30 Day Replacement Guarantee above.

Note: All Electronics are Insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or looks to have been tampered with, do not accept it. Get in touch with Priceking Customer Care on +91 22 4215 0754 and we will have the issue quickly resolved.

Conditions for return: 

1. Products/Items should be UNUSED. Soft furnishings, like bedsheets, duvets, pillows, etc. can only be returned if they are unopened.

2. Products should be returned in their original packing alongwith the original price tags, lables and invoices.

3. We regret that we will not be liable for refund for any item returned that are received by us in damaged condition or lost in transit.

4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.

Refunds:

1. Refunds would be processed so as to reach the customer (if by cheque) or a credit to the credit card account within a maximum of 8 working days from the date of receipt of returned product by Priceking.in

2. Cheques will be made in favour of the name as in the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.

3. For orders placed through gift certificates/Vouchers of Priceking.in refund would be provided in form of a fresh gift certificate/voucher of the same value.

How much are the delivery charges?

Priceking.in  provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is more than Rs. 200/-. Otherwise Rs. 49/- is charged as Delivery charges.
