Rhythm House (Kala Ghoda)

 Rhythm House started in the 1940s. We've remained at this same location ever since, witnessing the metamorphosis of Bombay (now Mumbai), from a city with a genteel ambience into the throbbing megalopolis that it is today. Our area gets its quaint name from a pre-Independence black equestrian statue that once stood there, becoming a prominent landmark of the city.

We've enjoyed serving our customers for the past sixty years. Vending 78 rpm lacquered discs, LP vinyl discs, cassettes and the compact disc. And with the arrival of Home Video we now also handle VCDs, DVDs and more recently the Bluray disc. In both Indian and Western product, across a wide range of genres.

We look forward to years of business ahead, furthering the reputation we have already acquired, for fair dealings, for having well trained staff, and above all for stocking the best from within the home entertainment industry.

How do I return a product if I need to?

In the event you need to return a product, send us an email at helpdesk@rhythmhouse.in providing us with the following details:

Listed here are the conditions under which we would be able to do a return/exchange:

»              In case you have received a faulty product from us, please send it back to us and we will have it replaced immediately.

»              In case you have received a wrong product from us, please send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one immediately. In case it is unavailable at that time, we will recommend an alternative or arrange for a refund.

»              If for any other reason you wish to return a product to us, please ensure that it is be in saleable condition (i.e. with the seal intact) and we will replace it with another product of the same value.

»              There will be no exchanges, returns or refunds on SALE/discounted merchandise.

»              The cost of sending the product back will be mutually decided and in most cases you will find us amenable. In the case of a wrong supply we will naturally be responsible for return/replacement costs.

»              In all cases of return, please quote your order number and attach the address label wherever possible. Also please retain your original sales receipt. This will help us serve you better.

What is the procedure for shipping to destinations within India and abroad ?

Within Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane we employ the services of reliable couriers with capability of next day delivery. For shipments elsewhere, we select courier services that offer a website tracking facility. However, for certain locations, which are not serviced by couriers, we use the Postal service.

We offer shipping options using couriers, international speedpost and registered airmail post. If desired, to reduce shipping costs, we also dispatch merchandise without jewel cases.
