Wrong item was sent instead of the ordered one.

I had received a wrong item and on receipt I called up chipcart and spoke to one Mr.Suraj, he had asked me to return the goods and sent a mail along which read as:
I regret very much to state my disappointment of your delivery of the product.
The product which I ordered is totally different from the product delivered to me.
I had ordered for a EHS48ESOME-Samsung Mobile Headset, but to my surprise I had received a product which does not have the model no anywhere on the product as well as on the box. Also the product does not suit the required conditions. i.e: it is not working when connected with my mobile.
Moreover, though the courier box was intact, the box containing the product was in the opened condition. The product box itself sealed and said "DO NOT ACCEPT, IF SEAL IS BROKEN"..
I had discussed the same with your staff Mr.Suraj, and as per his advise I had returned the material. Hence I had returned the same thru DCTC courier vide POD no:C48598661 on 03.09.13.
Kindly arrange to replace the same with EHS48ESOME Samsung Mobile Headset of refund the amount, whichever is possible under intimation to me.
TILL DATE NO REPLY RECEIVED FROM THE SELLER...
NOW HOW DO U EXPECT ME TO RATE....???
