No exchange or refund will be taken once order placed. Refund of amount will be given only when OUT OF STOCK or product not shipped

Sangeetha mobiles will not be held liable for any delay or loss of ordered shipment.

You also hereby agree to state that you will not instruct the credit card companies or any other monetary transaction authorities advising them to obtain any refund from Sangeetha Mobiles due to delay or loss which is beyond their control.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e.wrong name or address or any other wrong info or recipient not present at time of delivery) any extra cost incurred by Sangeetha Mobiles for re-delivery shall be recovered from you.

The recipient is supposed to provide an id proof during the time of delivery. This is to avoid any misuse of our online channel. The handset would not be delivered if the id proof is not provided.

EMI option is only for HDFC card holders and there is no interest, no documentation charged. only a nominal fee of rs.500 is charged from the bank as processing fee for the entire transaction.

All handsets sold are under 1 year manufacturers warranty only, any defect / service issue should be reported to nearest brand service center only
