  2. Price compared to other competetor is good.
    Service related to placed order is also good.
    But not gettiing any updated when the selected product price get down.
    Frequency of change in product cost is so much.
    Notgettig complete details about the landed product on page so it needs to improve.
    Only one thing is not getting discounted coupens regularlly.Discount on electronic products is as simmilar as given by OEM company.
    So need more discount to get the bennifit to the costomers.

  4. Horrible experience shopping at Snapdeal. No response from customer care. Had to spend hours on phone but no result. they give a different reason everytime for not delivering the product. NOBODY should buy from SNAPDEAL. Totally hopeless. Will never buy from Snapdeal again unless they compensate me properly for such a waste of time, energy and money.

  5. Over ambitious seller, hardly care for interest of buyer. has sub standard delivery agent, goods paid for are partially received, no refunds, no follow up of mails and telephonic customer care. Be advised customers who get lured for cheaper rates to be careful or lend in waist of time and LOSS and money.

  6. SNAPDEAL IS DECLINING ACCORDING TO MY VIEWS, EVEN MORE THAN EBAY.IN. AS I ORDERED A LAPTOP AND THEIR WAS A PROBLEM IN LAPTOP I CALL THEM TO RETURN IT, FIRSTLY THEY TOLD ME THAT IT IS IN THEIR RETURN POLICY TERMS, AND AFTER THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL ARRANGE PICKUP , AFTER WAITING FOR 2 DAYS , I CALL THEM TO KNOW THEN, THEY TOLD US TO MAKE SOME DOI, AND PRODUCT IS STILL AT MY HOME. ALSO I ORDERED ROOM BLOWER, BUT THOSE WERE IN DEFECTIVE CONDITION, I RETURNED THOSE TO THEIR PICKUP PERSON AFTER 10 DAYS OF PICKUP THEIR IS NO INFO ABOUT THEM TILL NOW, BAD EXPERIANCE

  8. I have bought several items from snapdeal in the past 6 months. However, I found that many of these were of poor quality due to which I ended up returning the items. Although I did not have any problem in ordering or returning the items, I still felt that the customer care interaction quality could be improved a bit, esp wait time etc.

  9. Toy's description on website was not mentioned properly. I received wrong toy 3 times. Also I have been told the toy is out of stock thought it was being shown on website. Whenever I tried contacting Snapdeal via email, all the time they replied to me with pre-formatted / pre-written email, and not the solution to my problems.
