Inspite of placing the order on 22-Oct and getting SMS of assured shipping by 24-Oct and delivery by Max of 31-Oct none of the Items were delivered till i.e. 7-Nov-2013 inspite of many escalations to snapdeal. Just a piece of suggestion to them that they should understand what CUSTOMER SERVICE means and not take customers for a ride. The logistics partner of theirs is AS BAD AS their VENDORS and of course snapdeal CALL CENTER who committed for a call back on 31-Oct when I contacted them over phone but yet to receive any call... I have decided never to do do business with snapdeal anymore..BEST of Luck to these guys

Didn't receive the item for 4 weeks. Umpteen emails to CRM didnt result into any response. Despite being a regular at Snapdeal, will never be making any future purchases.

Snap Deal has good quick delivery but unfortunately they ended up shipping me the WRONG model of a juicer I ordered. When I tried to exchange or get a refund although the reply was courteous and they said they would exchange it - they ended up asking me to return it by courier without offering any clear exchange or refund timeline or policy. The courier called me after 4 days and said he didn't know when a replacement could come to me.

I placed an order for a Panasonic 32 Inches TH-L32B6D LED Television on www.snapdeal.com on 13th October 2013 vide order no. 1327257558 and it was delivered to me on 19th October 2013. What attracted me the most about the television was that snapdeal was offering an extended warranty of 2 years in addition to the one year warranty at no extra cost. However, when I received the package, it contained coupons for only one year warranty. I immediately brought this to the attention of snapdeal through submission on their website. They replied saying that the warranty would be given to me at the time of installation and demo by Panasonic Authorised Service Centre. The Panasonic Authorised Service told me that they are not responsible for giving extended warranty and that we should get it from the vendor itself. Since then I have taken this matter with snapdeal or many occasions by telephoning them and also submitting my complaint on their website but they are only assuring me that my complaint is being taken up with the team responsible and that it would be resolved within 48 hours but nothing is being heard from them with respect to the 2 years extended warranty.I will have to suffer unestimated financial losses in case of repairs required to the television after 1 year. This has resulted in enormous emotion strain and mental stress for being cheated.

Worst portal to buy from. I ordered a knife set on 20-Oct which was to be shipped by 21 and delivered in 3 days. However after 1 weeks it was not even shipped. I raised multiple complaints but no result. Finally On 28th i requested for cancellation as snapdeal was not able to ship the product. Even after 4 days, order is not yet cancelled. Will not recommend snapdeal to anyone.

very bad customer service and they take a lot of time to reply to an email sent. They don't have control over there courier, they take ages to issue refund and once refund confirmation email is received. refund does not appear in my account. snapdeal is the least when it comes to discount, the only reason I purchased on the website is because of the interest free EMI option, but it turned out to be a nightmare.
