  1. worst online store for ever.
    I've ordered a TV in snap deal(order id: 3251132797) on October 19th. expected delivery date was on or before 28th Oct. I didn't get that product. without any intimation they changed delivery date to Nov 3. It's november 3 today they cancelled the order with out asking me. contacted customer support so many times. almost they raised 10-15 tickets on priority basis. and there is no update. they assured thrice for a call back from their supervisor. I didn't receive any call from them.
    I think they should shutdown their business. and should go for some begging kind of activities.
    they are unfit for any business.I could say every one in snapdeal is an useless element.
    for customers. if you don't want to waste ur time don't order anything from snapdeal. they are the cheapest people having cheapest attitude.

  2. Their shipping is possibly the worst ever. I am a frequent online shopper and I never had such experience. They are supposed to deliver a product to me today which by the way took them 1 week. But I never came, the reason is the weirdest one, they couldn't find the address. By the way they delivered to the same address twice in last 20 days. The address is one of the well known building in the city and they say couldn't find it. I use the same address for all my online shopping but except them everyone else can find the address. And on top of that after shipping their responsibilities ends. You have to call the DTDC guys to get your products. And this is not the first instance. Also their replacement rules are weird, To get the same product of different size you need to ship the product and than after that you need to call them to get the correct size product. Bottomline, I am done with Snapdeal.

  3. Hi to all buyers,
    I will never suggest you to buy form snapdeal. I purchased 2 HP pendrive form here.
    First I received 2 packets on 2 different day.(what a shipping...).
    Next I received one of them faulty pendrive & I also found that it is not that which I ordered.
    Then I raise complain as they show TRUST PAY (never trust on it).. after 2 days no response, I called/ email multiple times but they
    always told me "they are working on it and revert withing 48 hours" After 20 days I received a call from them, they told me they are
    refunding my amount (I feel ok , that's fine) BUT I was wrong, In evening they told me that pen-drive is branded product and I have
    to go service center..
    Here is not story end... Now turns to HP service center.... I gone one of them, they send me to another one, and after the 4th
    service center agreed to replace my pen-drive.
    Now tomorrow I get my working pen-drive (still I am not satisfy because this is not which one I ordered, But I need it in urgent...)
    Summery : If I have to go then why I purchase online... :-(

  5. Recieved damaged and used product. Could believe that snap deal would do this. It was clearly visible that the product was used. and the main controlling knob was broken. Will not buy frm snapdeal again!!.

  7. I ordered a Lenovo Essentials 505s. Order Number: 1623366609... Delivery date of my product was 22nd Jan 2014, and later on it was re-scheduled to 27th Jan 2014. After speaking with the customer care at snapdeal, I didn't find any solution for early delivery. I provided the option to either deliver it within two days or refund my whole amount, Team Leader from customer care named "Saurabh" directly cancelled my order and didn't promise to deliver the product in time which I asked to do. This is the worst online shopping option. I will never even think about visiting snapdeal website, forget about shopping from there. I wanted a laptop for my business purpose on urgent basis, but due to these idiots, I has been delayed for another week.. :(
    Never buy anything from Snap deal...
    .. SnapDeal.... It should have been Which slaps people.. hahahah LOLz...

  8. They sold me a refrigerator which was delivered 10 days after the delivery date. The product delivered was not which I had ordered. It took two months and two dozen mails to get this product returned. After so much harassment, they shamelessly told that the actual product cannot be sent although it's still available on their website.
