    The bad thing about snapdeal is their customer support. They don't keep up their promise. They will introduce benefits for referral schemes and will cancel those schemes all of a sudden without any notice. And the most terrible part is they will remove the referral benefits also after getting enough customers.

    I received a second hand copy of the book - " Whatever the odds" . Poor customer service and neither reverse pick up was not arrange nor a replacement was provided.
