The last book in the Courtney's saga, this is perhaps Smith's most beautiful book. The description is vivid, enchanting, and keeps you spellbound.

Like all of Smith's tales, the scale is grand, and it brings in a character who is as interesting as Sean Courtney. I read this book in one sitting, simply because I could not afford to put it down. Read this grand ending to one of fiction's great sagas.
