Please check with us on the delivery status after purchase.Some Products are dispatched on the day of receipt of payment however Some items may take up to 14-30 days depending on the delivery address and the courier company.We Use Reputed Courier Companies for Domestic Shipment.Buyers are requested to provide complete shipping address with pin codes to avoid the delay to deliver the products ASAP.

For International Orders :

Economic Shipping is made through Registered Post. It Might Take 20-30 Days for the delivery for the same.

Standard Shipping is made through EMS Speed Post. You will receive the same in 7-14 Days.

The Spectglasses 7 Day Money Back Guarantee protects all purchases made from our website.

1. The 7 Day Money Back Guarantee period will commence from the date that the customer receives their product. If there is no receipt of delivery, the date shall be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

2. Where a product is within the 7 day period and a refund is requested, Spectglasses will refund the original product purchase price. The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:

•     Delivery charges from Spectglasses
•     Cost to return the product to Spectglasses

3. Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will be treated as per the terms of our 7 Day Money Back Guarantee.

4. Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition.

5. Where an item is found to be faulty, Sunglasses India will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.

6. Where the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the reimbursed amount will be as outlined in Section 2.

7. Spectglasses reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.

 RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY *

Spectglasses.com  offers a return & replacement policy for items that are lost & damaged in transit, wherein we will replace these products . Damaged goods would have to be returned within 4 days of delivery.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Spectglasses.com refunds would be provided by cheque / DD in the name of the buyer. Refunds may also be claimed for cancelling unshipped items.

We do not offer Money-back guaranty for International orders.

How to return an order:

1. Please email us at info@spectglasses.com &  let us know the item you would like to return along with your Order No

2. Send us the product with the original packing materials and let us know the item tracking no by return email once you mail it.

3. Secure your item(s) and all the original packing materials, including packing slip and the (gift)certificate if appropriate,

4. Send the package by reputed Courier like Bluedart / First Flight as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges.

5. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area. For Orders Out of India, We currently do not take Returns.

6. Buyer Will be Responsible to pay the Return Shipping and Handling Charges.
