  1. We ordered swimming costume that did not fit. We were suppose to bear the return cost and send the product back. On return they lost and then found the product. Delivery date 12 March and product yet to be received back. Terrible after sale support. Useless customer care

I am very disappointed that my order is not delivered on time.After placing the order, I made a very specific request that it must be delivered 11th Feb and the same was acknowledged by the seller through amazon customer support.The product was a gift to the consignee for a special event. This kind of service is least expected from amazon. I don't think I'll ever place an order with amazon again.

Refunds and Returns Policies

At Sports365, we want to make sure that your online shopping experience is great in terms of range, price and delivery. We understand that that there could be situations where you might want to return your purchase and we would be happy to facilitate the same as explained below.

I bought an item from your website. But this is not what I want. Can I give it back?

Yes, you can. But we do have some limitations for accepting back sold goods. The date of delivery and the date of return should not be more than 30 days apart. You will receive a cheque from Sports365 in 7 working days after we receive the returned goods at our office. Please make sure that the returned item(s) is/are in an unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.

It took more than 7 days for the product to reach me. I want to return the product

We’re sorry it took so long for your order to reach you. If you still wish to return your purchase, please do not open the seal. We will take it back.

But I opened the seal. Will you take it back?

We will take back a purchase as long as it is not used.

What do I do? I received a broken/damaged item.

We will take back the broken/damaged product and replace it with a new one. Please send us an email to with a picture of the broken/damaged product.

Who will bear the postal charges for goods returned?

If the goods are returned because of any product damage, Sports365 will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment. If the goods are returned because of personal choice changes - e.g. if you ordered a yellow shuttle, but you now want a blue one and wish to exchange it - Sports365 would still exchange the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.

Shipping Rates and Policies

An amount Rs 50 would be charged for orders of value up to Rs 500 towards shipping charges. Please note that there will not be any charge for orders with value over Rs 500 expect for our bicycling range where we charge Rs 500 for shipping to any location outside Bangalore.

For any Cash on Delivery (COD) order with value less than Rs 500, an amount of Rs 50 would be charged. Please note that there will not be any COD charge for orders with value over Rs 500. endeavors to deliver the order in the shortest possible time frame. However, given the constraints with our shipping partners, our products are typically shipped within 1-7 working days after the order has been placed.
