When a seller review is marked "Verified Purchase" , it means that the customer who wrote the review purchased an item from a seller at Amazon.in or from a seller at Junglee where a purchase transaction can be confirmed.
If a seller review is not marked as a Verified Purchase, it doesn't mean that the reviewer has no experience with a particular seller - it just means we couldn't verify with certainty that a purchase was made. They may have purchased the item on a seller site without Junglee being able to confirm the transaction.

Hi Guys, Please don't place any order with sports365.They are the worst company associated with Amazon.in and have the most poor customer support.Placed an order with them and after numerous attempts to reach them(dropped emails,asked amazon support and they dropped them emails) they never bothered to respond.Have already requested amazon to block sports365 .Hope they would take strict action.
worst seller ever.. worst of all...ordered it on 1st of June.it was supposed to be in my hands on 13th.as i needed it on 14th.it dint come.n when i called them they started giving stupid reasons.on 22nd of june the person calls me to come take the delivery.i was a 1000 miles away and wasnt in need of it at all.had to suffer a lot because of the sellers irresponsiblilty. not at all recommended

Refunds and Returns Policies

I bought an item from your website. But this is not what I want. Can I give it back?
Yes, you can. But we do have some limitations for accepting back sold goods. The date of delivery and the date of return should not be more than 30 days apart. You will receive a cheque from Sports365 in 7 working days after we receive the returned goods at our office. Please make sure that the returned item(s) is/are in an unused state along with all the product tags and labels intact.
It took more than 7 days for the product to reach me. I want to return the product

We will take back a purchase as long as it is not used.
What do I do? I received a broken/damaged item.
We will take back the broken/damaged product and replace it with a new one. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the broken/damaged product.
Who will bear the postal charges for goods returned?
If the goods are returned because of any product damage, Sports365 will replace the product and bear the cost of return shipment. If the goods are returned because of personal choice changes - e.g. if you ordered a yellow shuttle, but you now want a blue one and wish to exchange it - Sports365 would still exchange the item, but the return shipment cost would be borne by you.

For any Cash on Delivery (COD) order with value less than Rs 500, an amount of Rs 50 would be charged. Please note that there will not be any COD charge for orders with value over Rs 500.
