Refunds and Returns Policies
We accept returns for only those products that are unopened and in new condition with the seal. Any product that has been opened or used will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the buyer after the buyer has paid additional shipping charges.

* Techshop will send you a brand new sealed product with multiple layers of packaging including bubble wrap and a card board boxto ensure safe delivery.
* Techshop will use Fedex, BlueDart, DTDC, Professional Couriers or First Flight couriers to ensure quick delivery to your area.In case, you prefer a specific courier please send us a suggestion with the order.
* All parcels can be tracked online. Unless specifically instructed, a signature is requiredon delivery so please make sure there is someone present at your address on the day of delivery.
* Please don't accept the parcel if found tempered or damaged.For any doubts open packet in front of courier person and return the pack if the item is found to be damaged.
