Shipping Rates and Policies
Violetbag.com understands that getting your items quickly is important to you and you can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We ship products almost anywhere in India other than a few locations which our logistic partners do not serve. When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s) and your shipment's destination. We usually get your shipment delivered within 3-5 business days of your placing the order on our website. We do not ship internationally as of now.
We offer free shipping within India on all orders above Rs 250. All orders below the amount are charged shipping at a flat rate of Rs 50 per order. We have partnered with multiple courier providers for shipment of orders and based on your location, we may ship your order through any one of them. Even though we try our best to ensure on-time delivery, there are certain conditions under which the delivery may get delayed:
- • Incorrect shipping address
- • Incorrect PIN code
- • Nobody available at shipping address
- • Extreme weather conditions
- • Other Force Majeure
Refunds and Returns Policies
VioletBag.com would never like you to settle for anything that isn’t perfect for you. Therefore, we have a return policy that would help us provide you the best possible online shopping experience. We accept order cancellations / returns under the following conditions:
1) Order yet to be shipped: An order can be cancelled partially or completely till the time it has not been shipped. The amount already paid will be refunded to you within a business day and would reflect in your account within 7-10 business days.
2) Damaged product received: We make the best efforts to ensure that your order reaches you in the best possible condition. However, there may be cases where the item(s) delivered may get damaged in transit. Under such cases, you can either get the item(s) replaced free of cost or get the order cancelled.
3) Wrong item(s) delivered: This is unlikely to happen as our fulfillment process has multiple checks and balances to ensure that the right item(s) get delivered to the right customer at the right address. In case it does take place, we will ship the correct item immediately and collect the wrong item from you at your convenience. Order cancellation requests will also be accepted.
Order that has been shipped out and is not damaged or wrongly delivered will normally not be cancelled or returned. We understand that there may be other genuine reasons why you may want to return or cancel the order. In such cases, VioletBag.com will take the final call on return or cancellation on a case to case basis.
