Highly effective for those with a week wrist

I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome and long hours spent typing away at the laptop just make the pain unbearable in my wrist. Tried pain killers but nothing helps as much as a good wrist exercise regime coupled with a good immobilizing splint. It might feel odd to begin with if you havent used a splint in the past but over the weeks it becomes a normal extension of your wrist and aids tremendously in recovering the strength in your wrist.
