A better than expectation book. 29 March, 2013 On Junglee.com
As he speak, with conviction and belief in what he is saying, so does he writes this book.

The points that are put forward are not very difficult to relate in day to day business life. Writing is lucid, full on examples; and as a cricket lover I was able to pick every example very easily as Harsha uses them the most.
    Nice book, a definite recommendation.

  3.  A thoughtful and illustrated treatise exploring leadership and self improvement... 4 May, 2012 On Junglee.com
Each chapter is triggers more thoughts than the previous one. The book flows smoothly from incidents in international cricket history to picking the 'winning ways' from the incidents.
A thought provoking text, best read with breaks for thinking hours and imbibing the 'gyan'...
A must read not just for business managers.
