This item (Sriman Prithviraj, DVD) was shown in stock by webmall. I placed orders for this and two other items (DVD) also shown in stock. They responded after 7 days saying all the items were out of stock. The money is yet to be refunded

I had ordered 5 items in one order. The shipment was delayed and git the same more than 2 weeks later. Also there were only 4 items in the package and I was not informed about that. Till I contacted their customer care, they were not bothered about providing any info of the unavailable item. I am yet to get the refund for the un-available item.

Pretty good experience !!! Very Catalogue of movies & music. UI - Simple I received my goods on the 4 th day . Packaging no-frill, nothing extra ordinary. Would definitely recommend to all .

The delivery time is given to be 1-3 days. I had placed the order on 9th Dec 2012. Still the item is not delivered. Also tried contacting the number given on the site. the number is Switch off.

Return Policy for Apparel: We have a 'no questions asked' 7 day return policy only on un-opened items. Also please ensure that while returning the items are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit. The return shipping charges needs to be borne by the customer. In case of damage to the original packaging or the goods WebMall reserves the right to determine a fair value of the product on return and the same shall be binding on both parties.

1-4 DVD/VCD/blu-ray : Rs.40.00 . there after for additional DVD/VCD/Blu-ray Rs.5.00 per item
Javas courier :
1-4 DVD/VCD/blu-ray : Rs.50.00 . there after for additional DVD/VCD/Blu-ray Rs.10.00 per item
Bluedart courier :
1-4 DVD/VCD/blu-ray : Rs.75.00 . there after for additional DVD/VCD/Blu-ray Rs.10.00 per item
Most of the orders are processed within 1-3 days and delivered to customer in 2-5days.
For regional movies, we forward the orders to our vendors in various parts of the country, and order processing takes 3-8 days, and delivered in 5-10 days
