This is an overrated book. This is one of the initial books I've read.

It's a good book and a light read. The author puts his point across in minimal number of pages with a light story included.

I gave 3 points majorly because of this reason.

However, I've heard a lot of people saying this is an amazing book. I believe, they felt this is amazing because the author managed to pass the message using a short book with minimal boredom.

Had this been long and heavy, I would have hated it.

A masterpiece of real modern world 10 July, 2014 On
There must be thousand of reviews of this book and there must be thousands of interpretation of this book and you are free to use this book the way your perception allows. I liked this book a lot and I believe that this can be used against employees as a weapon as they are forced to change as in to bring in efficiency and to keep up the pace with ever changing so called technologically dynamic and demanding world.
For me its a more deeper meaning , your cheese is constantly moving, that's how you are made believe and you need to change and move constantly in order to find cheese and whole of your life just becomes a quest to find to cheese after cheese until you get no more cheese which is not the case as that is the only case when you are dead , that's where your quest for cheese stops.
Let me emanate different perspective out of it , I think there is no cheese at all, cheese doesn't exist, its just the way that powerful people who have created the impression of cheese by controlling aspects of human life which are driven matter and money have projected the cheese. The cheese is projected to make you keep moving otherwise your purpose of lie was never to find cheese, the cheese is a metaphor of this mortal "worldly" pleasure which we continuously seek in our life that eventually do not end in contentment of the soul. We are after something which doesn't even exists in first place , this world which is just a projection.
Nobody can move your cheese if you really believe that there is no cheese and that's when you tend to become self actualize and start searching for your own existence instead of running after cheese being a part of this rat race.
This is a perspective, Nobody moves my cheese because cheese was never there.
