Decent but not flawless

The 1st disappointment came when the seller reduced the price by 30% right after i purchased it. I asked the website to revise the price for me at the discounted rate, since the product had not even been shipped till then. They advised me to cancel the 1st order, and then order again at the discounted rate. I didn't want so much of hassle, so i went ahead with the escalated price. I wish they had just adjusted it at their backend!
When i got the product, it came with a small chip on the stone and this was my 2nd disappointment. I ordered for a replacement, and after a good wait came another piece with the same kind of chip on its stone. By that time, i was so fed up that i kept the ring (as i liked the design), although the delivery boy did suggest that i return it if i wasn't completely satisfied. How long can i go on with this process of returning? And what was the guarantee that the new piece would be flawless?
Did not have the ideal experience buying this ring....and i will always be uncomfortable wearing it knowing there is a chip on the stone.
