Also I ended up getting more than what was described which I was not too happy with since I ordered an additional bag and now have two. -

After getting reference from jungle.com, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 (White) mobile using zoomin camera store. As per them it was sent (Shipment #ZCSS-883041 for Order #ZCS-1552627) on 13th May, 2013 via India Post with tracking #EM885041760IN. The shipment is not being trackable with the tracking number provided in India Post website.
As COD facility is not provided by zoomin camera store to my address, I had paid through credit card on 11th May, 2013. It is going to be a month, I have not received the item and no fruitful solution from zoomin camera store. Hope this is enough for putting negative rating in Overall Experience section. -

Item arrived on time. But the gift they mentioned in their website was not sent. When I contacted customer care, they said there is no gift with the item I bought, and it was a listing error in website, however as the problem is from their side, they send me the free gift after couple of emails...

We have a 15 day replacement policy. If you receive a defective product, let us know within 15 days of delivery and we will send you brand new replacement free of cost.
A few guidelines for an enjoyable experience
All products are Insured during theft and damages incurred during transit. All cameras are Factory Sealed products direct from the manufacturer to you.
All cameras will be shipped Factor Sealed. If you receive a shipment that you feel has been tampered with or the outer packaging shows signs of damage – please DO NOT open the package or remove the seal. Immediately contact us on 022-4368 1555 (Mon-Sat: 10am – 10pm). You should also not accept the package if you suspect that your shipment has been tampered with.
In the rare case, that you find a defective product, you can return it to us within 15 days for a replacement. After that you will have full access to the manufacturer warranty.
