After getting reference from jungle.com, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562 (White) mobile using zoomin camera store. As per them it was sent (Shipment #ZCSS-883041 for Order #ZCS-1552627) on 13th May, 2013 via India Post with tracking #EM885041760IN. The shipment is not being trackable with the tracking number provided in India Post website.
As COD facility is not provided by zoomin camera store to my address, I had paid through credit card on 11th May, 2013. It is going to be a month, I have not received the item and no fruitful solution from zoomin camera store. Hope this is enough for putting negative rating in Overall Experience section. -

Item arrived on time. But the gift they mentioned in their website was not sent. When I contacted customer care, they said there is no gift with the item I bought, and it was a listing error in website, however as the problem is from their side, they send me the free gift after couple of emails... -

I recently placed an order for a Sony 50mm lens from this dealer. Unfortunately their website is very primitive - orders have only three statuses - Pending (when pending for payment), Processing (for everything else) and Completed (when the item is dispatched). There is no indication of when you will receive the item or when it has been dispatched or any kind of tracking mechanism. The customer service does not send any email notifications and I had to keep calling up to find out the status of the order. There is no toll free number also. Overall a very bad online shopping experience. I am still waiting for my delivery though the website shows the order status as Completed. Shouldn't an order be completed after it is delivered to the customer?

We have a 15 day replacement policy. If you receive a defective product, let us know within 15 days of delivery and we will send you brand new replacement free of cost.

All products are Insured during theft and damages incurred during transit. All cameras are Factory Sealed products direct from the manufacturer to you.
All cameras will be shipped Factor Sealed. If you receive a shipment that you feel has been tampered with or the outer packaging shows signs of damage – please DO NOT open the package or remove the seal. Immediately contact us on 022-4368 1555 (Mon-Sat: 10am – 10pm). You should also not accept the package if you suspect that your shipment has been tampered with.
In the rare case, that you find a defective product, you can return it to us within 15 days for a replacement. After that you will have full access to the manufacturer warranty.
