Our Simple 7-day Return Policy

If you want to return any product you can do so, within a period of 7 days, from the date of dispatch. Our ‘No Questions asked return’ policy means you can return the product for any reason whatsoever, even if you just didn’t like it. However, please ensure that the article is not rendered unsellable. The conditions below would explain what events render an article unsellable and hence non-returnable. Besides these, you can return articles within the warranty period mentioned on the article, for any manufacturing defects. Once received by us, you can either ask for a cash refund, or a refund voucher.

Electronics: If you want to return any product you can do so, within a period of 7 days, from the date of dispatch. The packet seal must be intact. Once unsealed, the product cannot be returned unless for any manufacturing defect.

Footwear: Article should not be dirty/scratched or have any fold marks

Apparels: Tags should not be removed. If an unstitched article was bought, it should not be stitched. If some beads etc were stitched to the article, the same should be intact.

Lingerie: Keeping in mind the intimate nature and hygiene standards of certain items, it will not be possible to accept returns on briefs, babydolls, bodysuits, hosiery and swimwear, and any other product that includes a brief.

Bags: If any beads or components were attached to the bag, the same should be intact. There should be no scratches.

Sunglasses: Must be returned with original packing and cleaning cloth. There should be no scratches on the frame or glass. If crystals were embedded in the frame, the same should be intact

Watches: Must be returned with original packing. There should be no scratches on the frame or glass. If crystals were embedded in the frame, the same should be intact

Perfumes: The packet seal must be intact. Perfumes cannot be used and returned.

Mobiles and Cameras: The packet seal must be intact. Once unsealed, the product cannot be returned unless for any manufacturing defect.

Jewellery: If the polish is worn out of any component/crystal is missing, the product cannot be returned

• For Demand Draft or Cheque : Delivery will be made after realization of the cheque / DD. Demand Draft should be in favour of EXFILE TRADING. Please send the Demand Draft to our Address, which will mentioned when you order the goods from us. For Demand Draft, please put item number and useer ID behind the DD to facilitate processing. Payments without this information may be experience delays in processing and/or be returned.
• For Online Bank Transfer : Delivery will be made after Confirmation of the transfer funds.
• Octroi, if applicable, to be paid by buyer to the courier. Octroi is applicable in certain cities of Maharastra, Gujarat and Punjab.
• Item will not shipped without a valid phone number. Incase parcel is open or damage please do not accept the parcel.
• If the product gets out of stock then shipping may get delayed. At the circumstances "adexmart" will sure inform the buyers about the delay. And request for time extension for shipment.
• In case of unavailability of the product, the whole amount will be refunded.
