Shipping Rates and Policies
- All orders require 2-3 business days of processing time prior to shipping.
- Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 4 to 7 working days, after payment is confirmed. However, certain categories of products have a different lead-time for delivery purely due to the nature of the product and market stock availability. We hold major stock but supply from our distributors/manufacturers/suppliers/vendors is at times delayed at such times we keep the buyer informed.
- eZmaal.com does not process orders during the weekend.
- No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday.
- eZmaal.com does not guarantee same day shipping.
- eZmaal.com does not offer International shipping options at this time.
- All product received by customer should be checked in presence of the delivery personal. Once the customer has accepted the delivery and/or signed off the receipt copy, eZmaal.com does not accept any liability for damaged item/s.
- All orders shipped to addresses in specific cities/states that levy additional sales/local tax/ octroi will be borne by the customer during the delivery at the door. All charges are calculated on the total price (including shipping/handling cost). The tax imposed by these states on shipping and handling is part of the state sales tax, not a separate tax.
- P.O. Boxes - eZmaal.com does not ship to standard P.O. Boxes.
- Accuracy of the delivery address is customer's ownership. Shipping will always be made to address as mentioned during the time or order placement. No shipping or any address change will be applied on orders already placed with eZmaal.com.
- No orders will be considered for cancellation once the order is under confirmed or shipped by eZmaal.com.
- If the product is shipped back to eZmaal.com due customer's unavailability or incorrect shipping address provided will require shipping. Any additional shipping/re-processing charges attracted due to this will be completely borne by the customer.
- All shipment to customer will be informed by e-mail and/or SMS (depending on the contact details provided by customer during the time or order placement or registration with eZmaal.com.
- Customer is responsible and is in complete ownership to ensure that the all contact and other details provided to eZmaal.com are accurate at all times. Any change in details should be updated by customer.
- Any delay and/or product not being shipped due to change/incorrect in details of the customer will attract extra processing and/or shipping fee for that order/s.
- Shipping options are selected by the customer and eZmaal.com will ensure that the same is used as preferred mode of delivery. However, eZmaal.com reserves right to make alterations to shipping company and/or mode of shipping in the best interest of the product and shipping time for any particular order.
- eZmaal.com ships the products on a priority basis on every product. It does not get shipped in the courier mode but commercial courier mode which is safe and sound. Shipping Costs are most competitive and nominal depending on the Category of the Product, Insurance, Value and Place of delivery. Do refer to the details below for shipping cost of each product category. Please note that the shipping costs vary, as the rates of many items are weight-based.
- NOTE: Octroi, wherever applicable, will be charged at actual. Weight is calculated on Volume basis of the product.
- All shipping prices are calculated based on weight of the product. eZmaal.com may club multiple items in an order/s this is in the best interest of shipping all items together and to ensure that adequate strength is provided to the overall shipment.
Refunds and Returns Policies
If you receive an item that is different to what was described, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated, please contact us directly to report the defect or damage within 14 days of receiving the delivery. You should be able to reach an amicable agreement with us. If necessary, you can return your item to us for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days and you will need to return the item to us in the same condition you received it within 30 days of shipping. All In transit returns are covered under insurance claims and customer will need to product all necessary documentation. All defective products are covered under manufacturer warranty EZmaal will not encourage such returns.
Please note that items purchased from us need to be returned directly to the seller and not to Amazon.in.
Except as described under 'Refunds' below, postage and handling charges for returning such items are borne by the buyer. Find more information below on how your refund will be handled.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the first 7 working days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows: (1) where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred, (2) where you are returning an entire order, we will refund the applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred, (3) where we collect an item from you, we will have the right to recover the costs of collection from you. Please note that, with respect to returns initiated during the first 7 working days after delivery, we will not refund the cost of giftwrapping, returning the item to the seller, and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 and 30 days after delivery and there has been no error on our part, we will only refund the cost of the item. Please note that, with respect to returns initiated during the period between 7 and 30 days after delivery, we will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. In any case where a refund is necessary--such as when we are out of stock and cannot ship, or when you return an item--it is our responsibility to request that refund.
We may issue full or partial refunds for an order. If a new unwanted item is returned opened, we may deduct a reasonable restocking fee from your refund.
Refunds are typically processed through Amazon.in within one week of the we placing the refund request. The funds will be deposited back in your debit/credit card account or Bank Account and Amazon.in will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail.
