How do I get started?

1. Sign in to with your registered Junglee/Amazon account. If you are not registered, sign up now.

2. Click on the Post Your Ad button located on the top right corner of the screen.

3. Provide details about the item you want to sell.

4. Complete your seller profile by providing your pickup address and bank details. You can also return at a later time to complete your seller profile.

Note: All ads posted on Junglee go through a process of moderation. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your ad is live on the site.

How do I make my products sell faster?

1. Price your item smartly. Arrive at the fair price after looking at prices of similar products on Junglee or via other sources.

2. Describe the item in complete detail. The more details you provide, the easier it becomes for you to attract the right buyers.

3. Spread the word. Share the link of your Junglee ad on your social media handles.

How will buyers contact me?

Junglee by Amazon is a platform that eliminates the need for you to meet or talk to the buyers. Buyers interested in your item can directly place an order online. If a buyer feels that the price you have quoted is too high, he/she will use the 'make an offer' feature on Junglee to indicate the price at which they are interested in buying your product. Once you receive an offer from a buyer or an order, we will send you an e-mail/SMS notification to take the necessary action.

How will my product be shipped to the buyer?

An Amazon associate will come to your doorstep to pick up the product, pack it and ship it to the buyer. All you need to do is login to your account and schedule a pick-up at a date and time convenient to you.

When will I receive my money?

Junglee will initiate payment into your bank account one day after the buyer confirms the delivery of the product. In case the buyer does not confirm the delivery of the product, the order is auto-confirmed seven days after the estimated date of delivery. Once Junglee has initiated a payment, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for the funds to be credited to your bank account.

How much will I be charged for this service?

Posting an ad on Junglee is free. It is only when your product sells that we charge a small fee as per details in the table below.

Can a buyer return my product?

A buyer can return the product only if the physical or working condition of the product is different from what has been described in your ad. Under such a circumstance, the buyer can file a claim for refund and get his/her money back.

How can I buy a used product without physically inspecting it?

Junglee gives you a tension-free online shopping experience to buy used stuff by eliminating the need for you to meet sellers in person.

• All offers and sellers on Junglee are verified.

• Used products sold by sellers on Junglee will be delivered to your doorstep by the trusted team at Amazon Logistics.

• Your money is safe with us. It will be transferred to the seller only after you confirm the delivery of the product and verify that the physical/working condition of the product is as described in the ad. If that is not the case, you can file for a refund. (Note: If you fail to confirm the order or seek a refund, your order will be auto-confirmed in 7 days.)

How do I contact the seller?

The Junglee by Amazon buying-selling process eliminates the need for you to meet the seller or contact him/her. However, if you feel that a particular product is not correctly priced, you can use the ‘Make an Offer’ feature to notify the seller of the price you are willing to pay for the product.

To contact a seller regarding an order you have already placed, go to Your Orders, click on Problem with order? and choose the option Contact Seller.

When will I receive the product I ordered?

You will get an estimated delivery date (EDD) at the time of placing the order. If your order does not reach you by EDD, please contact the seller. However, if you wish to cancel the order due to delay in receiving the same, please file a claim within the next 7 days to initiate a refund.

What are the fees for this service?

The service is currently free for buyers.

Can I return something I bought?

You can return a product only if the physical or working condition of the product is not as described in the ad by filing a claim for refund.
