    Its Awesome
I was surprised to read that some people who tried this cream had a bad reaction to it, since I have freckled, dry, sensitive skin and I don't know how I would live without it. I guess it's true that "everybody different." I use this cream as my daily moisturizer and it works wonderfully well for that purpose. Most creams will sink right in and then in an hour or so the top layer of your skin will look dry again. Not this one. It sinks right in but the top layer of your skin stays smooth and supple and doesn't look dried out at all. It does the same on your hands. For my money it is the best moisturizer I've ever found. As others have mentioned, the fact that it doesn't have added fragrances or a sunscreen are big a plus -- those things are what irritate my skin terribly. I recommend this cream to everyone -- particularly for daytime use, with or without makeup. It's the best.

This cream keeps me looking 20 years younger
I've been using this night cream almost all my life. It's non-greasy, inexpensive, and works great for me. I always get complimented about my skin and people think I'm 20 years younger than my real age of 67! The stores that used to carry this cream started selling higher priced anti-aging products instead and I was desperate when I finally found this on Amazon. My hair is all grey but my face is still wrinkle-free and soft!

The BEST AND Least Expensive Moisturizer on the Market
I use this both night AND morning and have never experienced a break out, rash, or any such thing. I used to use Clinique oil-free "moisture in control" because I would frequently break out. While I didn't break out after using it, my skin didn't feel moisturized, and after turning 40 that is key. I've been using Neutrogena Light Night Cream for over a year and love that it also contains few ingredients, no fragrance and NO sunscreen. Personally I don't like the idea of rubbing sunscreen into my face every morning, especially when I don't spend much time outside during the day. So I recommend giving this a try for both morning and night applications for sensitive skin. It makes my skin soft and moisturized but never greasy feeling. I use this in conjunction with Regenerist for sensitive skin.

    please improve this product!
I've tried the following night cream

    Yves Rocher Bio night cream
    Hildegard Braukman chamomille night cream
    Aveda night cream

And neutrogena light cream is still the best- it is fast absorbing, light, creamy, leaves no residue, and leaves the best light scent. The only set back is that this product contains paraben. I hope the company improves its formulation so it no longer contains known carcinogens.

    Neutrogena Light Night Cream
I have used this product for many years & have found it perfect for my skin type & to be priced fairly, far below comparable creams to be found in department store brand conscious names . Most cream manufacturers put strong smelling perfumes in their products & I prefer this cream which has no fragrance & does not feel heavy or greasy on my skin.
I will be 70 next week & am told constantly that my skin is beautiful, so I feel I am a good advertisement for Neutorgena.

    It clogs my pores!!
This cream clogged my pores and made my face break out!! BTW, I'd like to recommend this product to dry to normal skin, not oily skin (like me!!). I gave it to my mom and she loves it, but for me -- no more.

Not for me; your mileage may vary!
Due to budgetary constraints, I had to find a cheaper night cream. I'm 43 with combo, slightly sensitive skin that's blackhead-prone and subject to the occasional pimple. For the most part I only need night cream in the wintertime. This feels lovely going on (soothing, silky texture); it's non-irritating (to me) and unscented. However, whether I apply a lot or a little, I wake up with extremely greasy skin that still feels somewhat dry and parched underneath, and the blackheads are worse. I'm guessing that sesame oil doesn't agree with me. It's hit or miss with natural oils--my face loves avocado and almond oils but olive and soybean oils make me break out. Your mileage may vary!

I will be using this up on my neck and decollete, where it works beautifully--lovely glow and no greasiness--though n.b., I detect a slight scent of sesame oil under my turtlenecks and recommend you don't apply this under silk and dry-cleanables.

    Love it!
I love this night cream! At first it seems a little sticky, but it gradually absorbs into your skin and by the time morning rolls around...my face is just so, so soft and moisturized!

    (I am 21, I have dry - combination skin.)

    greasy -makes me break out...
Neutrogena Light Night Cream seemed like a good value buy - a respected name in skin care. I tried it out to take a break from some expensive night moisturizers I'd been using - shouldn't have. You get what you pay for. I knew as soon as I put it on my face the first night that I wasn't going to like it. It didn't go on very smooth. It made my face feel greasy and oily and kind of sticky. I kept using it for about a week though thinking I'd get used to the feeling. I haven't broken out with acne for years, but by the end of the first week I had about 6-7 pimples breaking out along my jaw line - which isn't even where I would normally get a spot. Maybe it works for others. Just not for me. I'd recommend as a comparable buy Night of Olay firming cream or really any of the Olay line. I've been really happy with all of their products and their similarly priced (if you don't get the anti-aging line). They make my skin feel smooth and look healthy!

    great basic facial lotion
Light lotion, absorbs quickly, virtually no scent (no strong chemical smell.) Excellent basic light night lotion especially if it's a hot night. As with all neutrogena products, not a problem for my acne prone skin.
