   watch is too delicate 26 December, 2008

   purchased it for $61 in late 2007 and as the surface of the crystal is raised above the rim face it cracked upon contact with a surface. Repair is $31 plus shipping. Two months after repair the crystal, which is made of glass, and not hardened plastic developed multiple cracks and the band pin dropped off. This watch is too delicate and so is strictly for dress up.

   Batteries Die out Immediately 13 April, 2013

   I bought this watch and after 45 days the batteries died out. I tried replacing with the correct ones but still they dont work. I am thinking this is a problematic watch with a life of 30-45 days after purchase. Be careful on buying this watch. I am thinking they start to sell this watch at lower prices as soon as they are ready for a battery replacement.

   quit running after a few months 13 November, 2012

   I'm not sure what the problem was with this watch, but I had a jeweler replace the battery twice, and still didn't work

   Stopped working after one month 13 October, 2009

   I purchased this watch in August. Two weeks ago it stopped working. Actually it would work, then stop. I thought it was the battery so I replaced it today. It wasn't the battery. It's still stopped.
   
   I'm going to try to return it, but don't know how to do that on Amazon. Even so I would caution anyone who is considering this watch. As nice looking as it is, as light as it is, the old adage is true - you get what you pay for.

   Skagen disappointment 8 February, 2010

   I bought this for my husband for Christmas, and I am really disappointed in the quality of the band. It is very cheap! I realize this is not an expensive watch, but I would never purchase another one. He gave me one too, and same thing...cheap band. It keeps good time and is very thin, but not at all what I expected.
