DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
I NEVER leave negative feedback; however, this is going to be the exception due to the poor product quality and terrible customer service.
So, after researching ovens I saw several positive and negative comments re: this oven but decided to give it a try. That was a mistake!!! I used this product twice in a month and when I turned it on for the third time the lamp flashed and that was the end of its life.
At this point I wasn't upset since I assumed that the company would send me a new lamphead due to it only being a month old. Well, I was wrong. So after calling customer service, no less than five times, and never speaking to anyone, but only being given the opportunity to leave a message,I decided to send an e-mail. You would think that an e-mail transaction would be simple, wrong again. I explained the problem with the unit and was asked to send in my receipt from Amazon, that was simple I thought. So, I e-mailed my receipt, but received no word, I e-mailed it again, and received no word other than to ask for it again. So, this time I e-mailed it and stated that this was the third time that I had sent the receipt and asked that they please tell me when I could expect a replacement.
They finally acknowledged receiving my receipt on the third attempt and then stated that shipping on the power head would be $19.99. You have got to be friggin kidding me. They are asking me to pay shipping for the replacement of a defective unit.
I will be sending this product back to Amazon and strongly urge others not to buy it unless you are going to take the chance that is just doesn't have any problems.
