    DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
    I NEVER leave negative feedback; however, this is going to be the exception due to the poor product quality and terrible customer service.

    So, after researching ovens I saw several positive and negative comments re: this oven but decided to give it a try. That was a mistake!!! I used this product twice in a month and when I turned it on for the third time the lamp flashed and that was the end of its life.

    At this point I wasn't upset since I assumed that the company would send me a new lamphead due to it only being a month old. Well, I was wrong. So after calling customer service, no less than five times, and never speaking to anyone, but only being given the opportunity to leave a message,I decided to send an e-mail. You would think that an e-mail transaction would be simple, wrong again. I explained the problem with the unit and was asked to send in my receipt from Amazon, that was simple I thought. So, I e-mailed my receipt, but received no word, I e-mailed it again, and received no word other than to ask for it again. So, this time I e-mailed it and stated that this was the third time that I had sent the receipt and asked that they please tell me when I could expect a replacement.

    They finally acknowledged receiving my receipt on the third attempt and then stated that shipping on the power head would be $19.99. You have got to be friggin kidding me. They are asking me to pay shipping for the replacement of a defective unit.

    I will be sending this product back to Amazon and strongly urge others not to buy it unless you are going to take the chance that is just doesn't have any problems.

    Didn't last a week
    It is difficult to review a product that did not last a full week before stopping in the middle of baking. I would have to say this unit was a disappointment and a product to avoid.

    Terrible X 2
    I bought this item based on the reviews as I usually do. The first oven I used twice and the bulb burned out, but because of the reviews I decided to get another one one instead of a refund. The second one last about 2 seconds....we plugged it in and it started smooking and the bulb broke. So I return both.
    Needless to say what I thought was just a bad bulb turned out to be a really bad product....Proceed with caution....

    did it cut off ?
    it doesn't begin to cook as fast as advertised...I have had a number of convection ovens...the problem with all of them is durability.
    I haven't had this one long enough to comment on that..but food is often undercooked using the supplied manual and when cooking the same amount of time as with other convection ovens...it sometimes cuts off without any indication on the oven...and I hand time it also...not happy at all...lights also go off when oven reaches 400 degrees so you really don't know which is which without any indicator in window

    Bad Product and Worse Customer Service
    We purchased this product on October 17th of 2012. We have had nothing but problems with it. In December of 2012 it finally shorted out and knocked the power out of our kitchen. We have contacted Morningware 3 times now by email and 2 times by telephone. They have not returned 1 telephone call or 1 email and each time we call the recording says they are having technical difficulty. We are sending them a certified letter by mail on Monday and will file complaints with Amazon, The BBB, Texas Attorney General's Office and will also file a law suit in the Harris County, Texas civil courts. There is a 1 year limited warranty on this product and there is no excuse for any reputable company not standing behind their own product. I understand sometimes products go bad but Morningware's customer service is NON EXISTENT and it appears they do not intend to stand behind their products.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY'S PRODUCTS.

    Burned Out
    The unit is five stars - I loved it UNTIL it burned out after only 10 months. Company has not returned emails or calls in five weeks.

    halo oven liars and crooks who don't support their product
    I bought this oven September 28, 2012 and on April 22, 2013 it just stopped working. It wouldn't turn on.

    The 1 year warranty is a joke! This company never returns your phone calls or emails. These people are liars and crooks and do not support their product nor do they even care that you spend money and have a one year warranty they will never honor.

    Amazon told me the reason this product is still listed in Amazon is because of all the positive reviews. She went on to say that the more negative feedback Amazon gets determines whether this halo oven stays available and that I could post a negative review every day if I wanted to which I will do.

    I would urge any who have had this same experience to post every day to have these liars and crooks removed from Amazon.

    Lamp went out
    It was a wonderful appliance, but why or why can't manufactureers make a device that works more than three months , yes I'm mad and want my money back , but good luck on that one...

    Bad connection, only US !!
    Purchased this oven and it was shipped to UK.
    There is no way to use this item out of the USA: strictly 120V and US plug.
    I had to re-ship it to the US for a cost of 75 USD, not refunded for that, a scandal.
    This connection restriction is not indicated.
