    Great for cheesy breakfast muffins!
Not much to say; the pans work as expected. I bought two of these to make some personal-sized quiches and jumbo savory breakfast muffins (cottage cheese, sun dried tomatoes, thyme). I was using paper cups before and I couldn't separate the paper from the breakfast. I use a thin cookie sheet under the pans while baking - it makes taking them in and out of the over easier. Best of all, the cleanup is fast. Even backed-on cheese just flakes off when you bend the pan. Can't be happier.

Oh, and unlike some other cheaper silicone pans: There is no chemical smell when backing with these. It seems like these are pure silicone. When you bend/twist them, the crease does not turn white (a sign of plastic fillers). I use minimal grease with mine.

    Great for freezing
I was looking for something to freeze homemade soups and had been using ice cube trays, which was a pain, as they are so small. I tried my muffin tins, which was also a pain, as they are metal. I bought this figuring I can also use it to make small cakes. It's perfect, it makes a 6oz serving of soup that fits in my mug easily for heating. Also, I just freeze it on a tray and it pops out cleanly.

This is a nice muffin pan
I've used this muffin pan a number of times and it works great! When you pop the muffins out, you just push up from the bottom and push them out. You have to push on both sides of the bottom. If you push too much on one side you can ruin the muffin. At first I messed up some of them, but not too many now.
I'm happy with this product! No complaints.

    New to silicone bakeware
Having thrown out my metal muffin pan after making a very tasty breakfast biscuit recipe with eggs and cheese (couldn't get that pan clean despite several lengthy soakings!), I decided to try the silicone bakeware. I made the same recipe last weekend, using this product for baking. For ease of cleaning afterwards, absolutely 5 stars plus! However, the texture of my food was less appealing than when cooked in the metal bakeware. Part of the charm of foods is the texture, so I found this distracting enough that I am reluctant to purchase more silicone bakeware until I'm better educated about the best use of such products. I have no complaints about the quality of this bakeware. It is precisely as described by the manufacturer.

    Easy to clean muffin pan
I've had this muffin pan for about a month now and it has been very easy to work with. I cook egg muffins in them and with my old metal pan they would stick in the pan and it would be a huge pain to get them out and then clean the pan. I probably save 5-10 minutes every batch with this silicone muffin pan because I just pop the egg muffins out and give it a quick clean with a sponge (there is very little egg left in the pan). The silicone does give the egg muffins a slightly different taste/texture but they are still good.

Nice size, easy to pop out
I used these for the first time today. Make sure to put this muffin pan on a sheet pan before filling because it's pretty floppy and may cause spilling. Tip for removing muffins once cooked: wait until cool (if you can wait that long) and turn upside down. If muffins do not readily fall out, give them a gentle squeeze. If you try to invert it, you may end up crumbling them, but it still tastes the same. I sprayed the pan first with Pam, and didn't wait for cooling so my muffins crumbled a bit. Good product anyway! Way better than my metal pans.

Cooks, cleans and stores like a dream.
No smell when heated, things pop right out and it washes well. Rolls up to fit in a tiny space for storing.

Great shape and size for muffins
Unlike a traditional muffin size cup, these are really deep, so they are good to use when making muffins or cupcakes where you want a little more height than a standard muffin cup. They have sort of a textures exterior, and are somewhat thick, like the Wilton brand silicone bakeware products. I have been trying to switch almost all my bakeware to silicone, don't have to grease, easy cleanup, and cools super quick so you can reuse it to make more batches. I always put a pan under my silicone just to give it more stability, like they all recommend, but this pan is really sturdy for the most part. Easy to clean, and if you want to make a second batch but don't have enough batter to fill all the cavities, just fill the empty ones with water, and that way you don't have to clean after each batch, just when you are completely through baking, that way it doesn't burn or overcook what's left on there. Haven't used these yet for anything like Jello molding, but I am sure it would set up, and pop out just fine. These are a great buy, you won't be sorry.

    For Resin Casting
The silicone bake ware pans work great for resin casting. The resin pops right out with no issues when its all said and done. I couldn't be happier. :)

    LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE!
These muffin "tins" are great! They make tall, natural-bakery-style muffins. The muffins pop right out and after a good soak the come nice and clean!
