   It's a cheap digital watch. If that's what you want, great!

   I bought this for outdoor work and camping. I wanted an inexpensive digital watch that could handle some abuse and that had a night light on it so I could see what time it was in the dark. This watch pretty much meets those requirements perfectly.
   
   A few comments:
   * This is a cheap digital watch, and it pretty much looks it. I wear a much more expensive metal watch for work and would never consider wearing this in the business environment. I wouldn't wear it on a night out. Weekends and outdoor work/camping only.
   * it's bigger than it needs to be, but that's not a huge deal.
   * It still doesn't come with a manual. I'm still not sure what the T2 time is.. offset by 2 hours. I also don't get some of the other functionality, but oh well. It tells time.
   * the backlight works well at night, although it only stays on for about 3 seconds.
   * What's the point of the compass? Anyone who doesn't know the compass points shouldn't be trying to use it. It doesn't rotate, doesn't show any direction, and is just for show.

   NO OWNER'S MANUAL!!!

   This watch came with absolutely no paperwork at all -- none. WHY? It has four buttons, two of which are labelled. How am I supposed to figure it out? Just plain stupid. The least they could do is give me a web site to go get one.

   armitron watch

   got this watch today...
   seems pretty good quality for the price.
   raised circle bevel around the glass/crystal..should help protect it.
   raised areas around the side buttons is nice too.
   the side pins holding the the band to the watch head seem pretty big/thick and strong.
   
   over all i see this has been made in an attempt to be strong and long lasting...i hope.
   
   Neg: watch was running already, usually you have to remove a plastic clip or something to get it to start to preserve the battery.
   also, the instructings were missing...i was able to pretty much figure it out, but a hassle.

   Nice watch but lacking instructions.

   It's a very nice looking watch and while I'm sure my nephew would enjoy it. It did not come with any instructions so we have been sitting for the past hour trying to figure out how to use it.

   Ok but....

   This watch is very beautiful but it's not friendly user. I use it in my work and when i put the «timer» and it ends, i have to set the time all over again even if i want the same set-up.

   Sharp looking but not for beginners !!

   We gave this as a gift for my grandson. We knew he would love the look. He did ! This was his first watch that had all the bells and whistles. In fact no one in the family had ever had a watch like this.. As everyone was oohing and aahing over the appearance of the watch, there was not one ounce of instructions. No clue as to how all these dials and buttons worked or how to use them. I went back at looked at the information on Amazon's sales page .. and it's true .. there was no indication that instructions or a warranty card would be included. So unless you or the gift recipient is familiar with "ALL" these types of watches can do...? Try a different brand that includes some instructions.

   Nice value

   Bought this for my 13 year old. Looks great on and I don't have to worry about it getting knocked around. Did not come with any directions so will have to search web for full functions.

   Shipped kinda strange

   This watch looks nice- will know how it works at Christmas time. I was concerned that it was shipped the way it was. The watch was loose in box and the packaging was seperate. Also there were no instructional information that came with it. I purchased what I think was a new watch.

   I like this watch,but not too big on the chrome or silver color

   Imma low key bicycle rider, a beginner if you may say.I prefer my watch's much darker in color which they did have, but the specs on this watch made me buy it.

    Pleasing to the eyes. Not so much to the wrist.

    This watch is a functional, but not perfect. All of the features are plentiful and easy to access, the band is comfortable, and the illumination is nice and bright; however the face of the watch is too thick for my taste.
    
    Pros: Overall very nice looking and functional watch.
    
    Cons: Very heavy and (sometimes uncomfortably) thick compared to most watches I have owned.
