"Tara" (Stars) is an object of aspiration for most of us right from the day we were born. Through our life "tara"s symbolize our hopes,dreams, and achievements. The 'sparkling' descriptive "tim" is something that makes a "timtara" stand out in a collection of "tara"s.

The font of the timtara logo shows us as fresh, friendly and approachable. The colour magenta adds novelty and warmth to our brand.The colour cyan symbolizes our fresh perspective to DELIGHT.

The 'star and the orbit' in our logo represents our desire and commitment to stretch ourselves and go beyond the easy ways in our journey to excel in quality and DELIGHT.

Our Family

The youngest member in our family is 21 years old. He is a member in our Data Analysis team. The oldest member in our family is 63 years old. He is a member in our General Administration.

But we all share a common quality - the passion and commitment to achieve our vision and mission.

The Chief Customer Officer

We do not talk about our customer focus just for lip service. We practice it every day and every moment.

The Chief Customer Officer (CCO) is like an advocate for the customers inside our organization. He makes sure that service and quality promises are delivered. Sometimes we fail to deliver. But then we have a "service recovery process" through which we try to correct the situation with minimum inconvenience to the customer.

Refunds and Returns Policies

Order Cancellation

From timtara side there is no order cancellation. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within the above shipment time. Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within the shortest possible time.

       Refund cheque will be delivered within 10 working days from. the date of cancellation of order. Refund draft will be issued in the billing name unless otherwise advised by customers

·         Online refund will be processed in credit card within 7 working days from. the date of cancellation of order and the credit of the same will reflect in the next credit card statement.

·         Incase of NetBanking/Debit card refund will be processed within 7 working days from. the date of cancellation of order and the credit of the same will reflect in next bank statement.

Replacement

timtara shopping customer care shall assist you with the replacement of the product.

Note: timtara provides you 100% Genuine Manufacturer Warranty products along with bill attached. In case of any defect or damage in the product, Contact to nearest service station of that brand.

Steps for pickup:

Step1: Defective/Wrong Product should be packed properly with thermocol . Mention your complaint on a letter and place the letter inside the box. Do describe your complaint in detail for your convenience.

Step 2: Take a Printout of the pickup label and paste it on the parcel.

Step 3: Please call our customer care at 033-40166500 or email us at customerfirst@timtara.com so that your product can be picked up from your door step free of charge. Please keep your Order ID handy with you

Step 4: The Courier boy will give you a nine digit invoice # known as AWB Number at the time of Pickup. Kindly Call up the Timtara customer care and provide the AWB Number.

Step 5: Replacement/repair will be dispatched within 10 working days from the date of return of the product
 
Important Note:- As a proof of our customer first approach, we arrange for all logistics and relevant cost to ship the product back to us. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you hand over to our logistics partner.
 Order & complaint details is required for resolution of your complaint against defective/wrong/features not matching products.

We currently deliver to more than 2700+ cities across India.

We ship through out the week, except sunday & public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through premier courier agencies only.

If you deem the product to be in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package. Call our customer care at 033-40166500 or email us at customerfirst@timtara.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that we will issue a brand new replacement with no additional cost.

Delivery Time:- 10-20 working days from the order date.
