When a seller review is marked "Verified Purchase" , it means that the customer who wrote the review purchased an item from a seller at Amazon.in or from a seller at Junglee where a purchase transaction can be confirmed.
If a seller review is not marked as a Verified Purchase, it doesn't mean that the reviewer has no experience with a particular seller - it just means we couldn't verify with certainty that a purchase was made. They may have purchased the item on a seller site without Junglee being able to confirm the transaction.
My order was cancelled after 10 days. waste of time.
Delivered on 29th Oct.. but no information in between.. was in dispatched status for 4 days..
I placed the order on 12th Oct and it was said that the item would be delivered by 25th Oct. Only after me writing to the seller it was dispatched after 22nd Oct and it arrived on 29th Oct. I had placed the order in such a way that I could take it along with me while travelling on 28th Oct. But the late arrival didn't help. W.r.t timely delivery I had a bad experience.
kindly do not use fedex courier services as they don't have any office in my district and so they delivered the item only according to their convenience.
I am not happy with the delivery service. Its been almost 15 days since I ordered this book and everyday I see the estimate delivery date changing as per their convenience. Never had such a bad experience with Amazon. Extremely disappointed.

What do I do in case I receive a defective/damaged book from uRead.com?
We follow strict quality controls for packaging and shipping to our customers. If something is wrong with the books being shipped by uRead.com, we certainly want to help you.
If a book ordered by you on uRead is delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition, please email the pictures of the same at the time of opening the packet on email@example.com for a replacement and send the damaged book back to us. On receipt of the book, we’ll immediately send you the replacement copy and also compensate you for the costs incurred in sending the same to our office. If the book is not available in stock, you would be also eligible for an immediate refund.
In an exceptional case of you receiving a damaged / defective book, please do email the pictures at the time of opening the packet on firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take up on a case to case basis.
How can I return a product ordered from uRead.com?
In case you don’t require the book(s) ordered by you, please notify us about the same on email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. You may return any unopened book(s) in its original packaging, for a refund or Gift Certificate for the amount. However, in this case, we’ll not be able to compensate the Shipping costs incurred by you.

uRead provides free shipping on all books to all locations in India if your book price is more than Rs.350. Otherwise Rs.50 is charged as shipping charge.
